Yukonflyer Quality product, packaging could be better
I haven’t had a chance to us the little heater yet, but everything seems well done with it, except the packaging.
The box and foam did a nice job of protecting the heater itself but the handle on top was un protected and ended up broken in half.
Now that would be fine if I could get a replacement from technical support, but instead of sending me a replacement handle they just refunded me a portion of the purchase price. And that’s fine too, I can figure out something to replace the handle.
Customer service was good, they responded quickly, and attempted to get a resolution from technical support, but they were unable to get a reply from technical support.
So they then offered the partial refund.
So over all I’d say good, and I can figure out something for the handle, but it does raise concern about support if there are any other problems.

No 2KW - Arancione e Nero
Toimiva paketti. Paljon ylimäärästä asennus hilpettä mukana. Polttoaine letku on mielenkiintoista pehmeää letkua. Rungon kiinnitys pinnapulteista loppuu kierteet juuresta joten ohkaseen asennuslevyyn asentaessa joutuu käyttämään jotain pattinkia välissä.

Tiver Better Than Propane!
Si 8KW - Arancione
This easily deserves 5 stars. I use it in my 10x16 shop, and it is a massive upgrade from my old propane Reddy heater, which didn't spread the heat well. This diesel heater blows the heat exactly where I need it. I start by aiming it at the middle of the room, and once it is warm, I aim it at the floor. Because heat rises, the whole place stays perfectly toasty. The Bluetooth app makes it so easy to use, and with the built-in thermostat, I can just set it and forget it
