Ordered it a month ago and it never arrived. Contacted support twice with no help. Shipping information has had it listed in my city since January 13th but nothing more.

First one I ordered works great, but wasn’t enough to heat my unisulated garage so I ordered another. Second one is nothing but issues throwing different codes every time. They claim problem free returns but returning is a problem. I admit customer service is above par and fast to reply. Rather than a problem free return they are sending me a complete generator set..I’m handy and don’t see a problem changing it out, but the expect the buyer to fix a brand new unit. What if a person doesn’t have the tools or capabilities. This is not a problem free return. I buy a lot from vevor. But this got me rethinking my future purchases.

It’s a cheap heater and easy to set up for the price, however, when the temperature drops below 20°F, this thing really really really struggles to start and instead leaks because the fuel pump delivers too much diesel when the unit is trying to heat up.

The heater you sent me a week ago has already quit working need to send it back and get another one along with the other two new ones I have to send back they're all junk every one of them either the heater sensor are going bad because the head is too hot one thing leads to another they're all drunk I have four of them I need to start sending them back get rid of the scrap metal out of my house rather have my money back ASAP this is my second time of wanting my money back don't need you to send me more scrap metal

Didn't work. Started throwing e8&10 error codes as soon as I turned it on and never fired once. Waste of money.

Everything i ordered from here is falling apart within a few weeks. Customer support is the worst experience. Avoid these clowns.

Won't even start up junk

It will not power up. Nothing, checked power source, fuse, connection. Nothing on screen followed instructions. Im going to see how to get a replacement.

Unreliable , not very good heat , technology over done ,won't start unless you spend 20 minutes and fiddle with it VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️😔

So I bought one of these on 26th October and it arrived a couple of days later. Got all set up as per the instruction and... Nothing. E8 error, combustion failure. I had a look under the cover and it was apparent the fuel pump was faulty and barely providing any fuel to the burner. I recorded a video and sent it to Vevor, who replied with an instructional video of how to prime the fuel line and do a dry burn, which they recommended I do 5 or so times. I did this and to absolutely no surprise the fuel pump couldn't prime the line and I now also had E10 errors. Magical. Back on to Vevor support (who are in China so you only get 1 reply per day...) who offered to send out a replacement fuel pump to arrive in 10-15 days. It was quite mild at the time so I thought go for it, I'll survive. A week later winter hit the UK and I couldn't wait any longer - I let Vevor know I would like to return the COMPLETELY USELESS heater. Overnight reply came back, ”very sorry no problem we'll send you a return label. Or would you like £25 refunded and you can keep the heater?" No. Please send a return label Next day's reply,"how about £50 and you keep the heater" No. Please send a return label. Now 5 days after requesting a return, "we have 2 options for you, we can send a replacement heater or we can refund you £50". No. Please send a return label or I will initiate a charge back for the heater as it does not work. Next day, a refund was processed. And I have to dispose of a faulty heater. Avoid.
