Bought two. Installed one, glow plug died after 3 days -ordered spares - installed new plug, Unit ran fine for 3 weeks then brains/computer died. Installed new brains but then unit was carboned up badly and wouldn't run. Tried removing atomiser screen - it's stuck but good. So I've ordered my third heater!!!

I contacted Yousef from Vevor an has not responded yet an its been 2 months since I asked about the tray on the vevor heater still waiting for a response thanks Mike

Didn't work out of the box. ( said blower motor) I have bought a few and only one didn't work no way to communicate with vevor so I'm out my money

Set up was somewhat easy, but the exhaust comes out the bottom. So it has to be set up on legs before it can be ran. The instructions are very confusing. Really doesn't make any sense. Our heater had split fuel lines, so it leaked right from the start. We tried to return it, for a new one. Even exchange. But they refused. Told us we needed to fix it ourselves. They told us what to do. Remember this is a brand new machine. It should work, or be replaced. I should not have to fix a new machine. Still waiting on parts to complete fixing. Good luck.

Mine don’t work tryed call to get hell but that is not an easy thing to get wast of money. Half the equipment was missing but they don’t care they got there money already

The heater puts out a lot of heat and uses little fuel however, this model is top heavy, prone to tip and fuel leaks when it is tipped, so basically creates a fire hazard. The exhaust pipe on the bottom burn whatever it touches (another fire hazard) finally, the heater after only two uses, now is giving me.an error code. It is failing to ignite but not before it exhausts a LOT of noxious diesel fumes. I have been a fan of VEVOR products in the past but this thing ...I'm not a fan!

Unable to review product never came very disappointed looked forward to trying it out. Seems like a efficient way to heat smaller area, would love to try one but not wanting to go threw the process of it not arriving again.

I bought this unit back in November. It leaked diesel fuel all over my floor and carpet through the fuel tank, I contacted VEVOR, their solution was to refund me $29 and I’m stuck with a nonworking unit told him I didn’t want $29. I wanted the unit replaced or at least a fuel tank that doesn’t leak, they’ve never got back to me, my recommendation buy it from another company that has customer service that you can contact by phone, Vevor used to be a good company. You could call them and deal with customer service direct not anymore. They’re losing my business over this.

This is my second one of your diesel heaters I have one on front of my rv and one on the back This heater the remote has no window doesn’t make sense! My low review is only because of this no window on remote!!!! The remote is my understanding so you don’t have to go outside With no window you have to Such a bad idea Almost had my loyalty

This product doesn’t specify that it doesn’t come with a 110v plug so I can’t use it for the space I bought it for. I’m sure it may work as said but I’m unable to find out
