Haven't really use it yet, just installed it in the beginning of summer for my trip to Arctic ocean and found out it doesn't work properly, it starts, warm up 2-4 min and Error -06 showed up and it doesn't start again until fully cool down on the next day and Error -06 again, very disappointed, don't know what to do, should be under warranty.

Fuel pump noise is what I expected from previous experience with another brand. If I was buying one where noise was a bigger concern I would spend more money and get one with the quieter pump. Pros: Heat output and fuel consumption seem decent after running about 10 l through it. Cons: Quality is not great. No fuel filter. Muffler output weld broke during installation. Clock doesn't keep time. Operating instructions are poorly written and challenging to understand.

Would not start right out of the box. Kept saying voltage was too high when it wasn't. Then I finally got it running and then it would shut off and say something else that wasn't true. Save your money

it didnt work when i got it all it did was blow fuses and the wires got hot and i asked vevor for a replacement or refund and they told me i need to take it apart and look at it well im no electrician and i bet most of the people that buy these are not either but i did everything looked good so now they want to send me replacement parts instead of a heater that works or a refund so i guess if you buy something from vevor they expect you to make their product work i have had this heater for almost a month now and still have not been able do to faulty equipment and takes weeks to receive parts

problems with the heater day one fuel pump makes a lot of noise and does not pump fuel I reached out t and they wanted videos and pictures. I sent my videos and have not heard nothing back from them.

Be careful! I ordered 5KW and they sent me 8KW. I asked them to replace it and they told me that “it says 8KW, but it’s actually 5KW”! I turned it on and it's very hot. More than the one I have at 5KW. They won’t change it! I feel like they made a fool of me. I am very disappointed with the company.

I bought this in the spring and I tried to use this for the first time at the onset of very cold weather here in the northeast during mid January. Unfortunately I received a faulty unit. The fuel line is kinked and will not deliver fuel when the cover is installed. I primed the unit as I was supposed to and started the heater with no problem while the cover was off. I could see the fuel being delivered and could feel warm air coming from the heater so I carefully put the cover on and with in a few minutes the heater gave me a no fuel error and the unit shut down. I took the cover off and restarted the unit and it ran until I reinstalled the cover. It then shut down again. It runs without the cover on so I know the fuel line is getting kinked or pinched when the cover is on. I did not really want to have to attempt a repair on a new unit especially when it comes to the fuel delivery system. I am not sure what fuel line to buy as there are many options online with way to many opinions🤣

Giving this a 1 star or zero star, received this unit set it up but dead, it wont start, did the manual pump to prime the unit nothing and then Fuel started coming out on the air filter tube. Now garage smells diesel fumes. Contacted Vevor but no respond yet as of now and its been 3 days. I have a few Vevor stuff that i bought and this one was the first bad one.
