Chauffage acheter na jamais fonctionné ! Le SAV est incompétent heureusement remboursé très déçu de la marque VEVOR

Le chauffage fait un bruit énorme alors que mon ancien ne faisait pas de bruit et il reste bloqué sur le mode auto le mode manuel ne fonctionne pas il reste toujours à grande vitesse même à la vitesse 1 et en mode auto il veut pas descendre en dessous de 25 degrés alors que je lui demande 19 degrés

Trop bruyant surtout la pompe à gasoil

Purchased this heater to replace the last one the lasted 7 months. I misplaced receipt so no warranty. Hoping that one was s dud. Hoping this one doesn’t Last’s longer. If this one has a short life span will be switching to a different brand.

Received the heater very quickly hooked it up immediately added 12.8 volts added diesel fuel fired it up ran 6 minutes shut down E5 or e6 overheating internal checked ventilation checked intake watched a whole bunch of videos all the settings were correct tried it again on 6 off 20 on 6 off 20 minutes tried tech support after videos no help they put you on standby it's been over a week now they're still trying to figure it out. I bought the extended warranty like a dumbass it's the end of the season here in Wisconsin but I wanted it for fall cuz they sell out so quickly and now I'm hating my decision shame on these people I have bought other stuff from them with no issues you can't even call the talk to him by to move this forward you got to hope that they're translating it into English and maybe they'll get back to you

I’ve bought this heater 2 times and first time worked a charm! This time I’ve had nothing but complications. Exhaust heat wrap wasn’t good enough and would smoke when heater was on so bought my own exhaust wrap. Bigger concern believe it or not is the heater keeps turning itself off for some reason. Unsure if it’s timer related or fuel or glow plug. Never consistent. Sometimes it runs 2 hours in the morning fine and then won run for 10 minutes in the evening before cutting out. Other times 30 minutes of heat then cut out and on restart it just keeps curing out. Voltage is high and connections fine it seems to be heater issue.

Unit only worked 4-5 time before failing. Tried customer service but getting nowhere except sending me the same messsge multiple times. Quality was as expected, fairly basic and cheaply made but good enough to do the job. Worked well when it do work.

The most inefficient and ineffective diesel heater I have had the misfortune of buying. It works, but chews through many times more fuel than my other diesel heaters (which, admittedly, were 20x the price) and gives feeble heat... Except at the exhaust. The exhaust gets REALLY hot. It's the only thing that does. I chucked it out and forked out a few grand for a Wallas instead.

Worst customer service ever!!! Product threw codes, wouldn’t heat, wouldn’t power off and leaked fuel. Not sure I’d ever recommend this or any other product to anyone. The 30 day warranty, bogus!

Replace fuel pump, the module , the igniter, and finally threw it away, I’ve had multiple diesel heaters some last all season, fuel pumps are problems and most of them but when you’ve gotta work on it weekly, it’s time to try a different model
