Eh bien, que puis-je dire, la première chose est de se plaindre concernant le service à la clientèle que j'ai reçu de votre "SUPPORT STAFF" la principale chose qui manquait dans mon paquet était la PLAQUE DE MONTAGE, de sorte que je ne pouvais pas le monter, j'ai contacté votre personnel en vain, j'ai envoyé des photos et la description de l'élément manquant et a été envoyé le même message, même si j'avais répondu à toutes les questions, je n'ai toujours pas reçu la plaque de montage, donc dû faire mon propre. Le chauffage fonctionne bien, mais vous ne devez pas faire sentir à vos clients ce qu'ils m'ont fait sentir, j'ai eu l'impression que j'essayais d'obtenir une autre pièce de votre part gratuitement. Order No: 22120400909901076032 There are many issues with this product.1st and foremost the manual may as well be nonexistent. It is not only incomprehensible to even the most experienced and knowledgeable person that they will be left scratching their head over whoever wrote this "so-called" manual. Secondly, the specs are woefully incorrect and it is virtually impossible to order the necessary accessories. before testing every part to determine whether or not it is as claimed to be. ie the full load amperage and the running load of the appliance. I ordered a voltage transformer based on the rating of 3 amps. Nowhere was there any indication of what may have been its full load rating. So, assuming that someone had even a semblance of an engineering degree, which I do not, I found out the hard way that the paperwork included was worthless. Other than that, I have to say I am very impressed with its performance. I only regret that it was such a steep learning curve for something that should have been so simple. I still have to find a transformer that will accommodate its full-load amperage at a reasonable price. Thank you for understanding the problems with this particular item and I am sure that you will be able to correct them to everyone's satisfaction. Needs better manual for setup , all seems to work well once you spend a few hours learning hw to make it work.

Buono il prezzo, Funziona, e fondamentalmente come pensavo e credevo potesse essere, un pochino lunga la Consegna e la Potenza dichiarata ( 8 Kw. ) non mi sembra sia reale, farò delle Misurazioni e Calcoli per poterlo stabilire e darò conferma della vera Capacità

Works well. Built quality seems ok if not amazing. Instructions are useless. Definitely doesn't throw out 8kw - has similar heat output to a 3kw electric heater I own. A lot cheaper to run though. I am happy with the purchase.

Giunto con un po' ritardo viste le feste natalizie, montaggio semplice, messo in moto con batteria e applicato in casa dentro locale caminetto per riscaldare locale molto freddo, istruzioni in inglese un po' complicato riuscire a capire come regolarlo con orologio, parlano addirittura di una password boh!! Comunque sono contento per il lavoro che deve fare. Molto rumoroso da tenere dentro casa

Although the unit worked well it is clearly not 8kw as posted. More likely a 5kw at best. That being said have over 50hrs run on it not with no issues and yes it blows hot. Only down fall is this unit it blue controller with black remote and you cannot get into the fan speed setting or pump hetrz

il riscaldatore funzione benissimo, il problema è che il display è arrivato rotto e la vevor non è stata in grado di risolvere il problema, bastava rimandare il display nuovo ma miente, non sono stati in grado di risolvere un danno fatto da chi lo imballava, non so se consigliare vevor, io di loro sono stato deluso, assistenza in garanzia molto scarsa

Vevor 8kw e ottimo riscaldatore diesel per piccoli e medi ambienti dopo quasi un mese di utilizzo sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

This heater works for excellent and is easy and cheap to operate. It heats up beautifully and is gery cmosct for the heat that it produces
