I bought the extended warranty like a dumbass it's the end of the season here in Wisconsin but I wanted it for fall cuz they sell out so quickly and now I'm hating my decision shame on these people I have bought other stuff from them with no issues you can't even call the talk to him by to move this forward you got to hope that they're translating it into English and maybe they'll get back to you
