Blew fuses right from the box and had to order parts still waiting on parts not tge best

Not at all impressed. Features are great and price great but ran less that 2 gallons of fuel through it and now its throwing error codes E08. Battling with vevor now for 5 days and to no avail. Unit is less than a month old amd cant even get support or a return or a response back from them. Very frustrating as I've bought many things on vevor and never been dissatisfied. Customer support is a joke. I do believe this unit may have been flawed and just an issue with it as these seem to work well for people but the lack of cooperation from support is very sad.

It doesn’t work

The heater was very easy to set up and worked from hooking it up. But after 2 weeks of just regular use, a few hours per evening, it all of a sudden stopped working. No signs of life in it whatsoever. Contacted customer support who are quick to respond but they have suggested a replacement LCD control panel which will take 3 weeks to get here. If that doesn’t fix the issue, what’s the next solution and how long will that take. So I have bought another heater from a different brand and that has been working perfectly this last few weeks.

Guten Tag! Die Bewertung könnte ich schon schreiben, aber dazu sollte ich doch bereits im Besitz der Dieserstandheizung sein, die ich am 8 November bestellt und auch bezahlt habe. Der 20 Liter Benzinkanister, auch am 8 November 2025 bestellt wurde sofort geliefert ohne Probleme. Leider ist dieser für mich ohne die Diesel Standheizung wertlos! Der Kannister ist notwendig wenn ich die Diesel-Standheizung betreiben möchte! Bis wann wird nun diese Bestellte und auch Bezahlte Heizung geliefert? Ist es möglich noch im Dezember 2025 mein Gartenhaus zu beheizen und dort meine Silvesterparty zu veranstalten? Für diese,Feier war diese,Heizung gedacht und vom 8 November 2025 bis 30 Dezember 2025 ist ja wirklich viel Zeit diese Heizung zu liefern! Bewertungen sind erst nach erhalt der Ware möglich, vorher ist immer nur ein Stern zu vergeben!

Package arrived damaged and customer service is a joke. Even bought extended warranty. Wants me to send pics of damaged item. Then send me Package pics then did you troubleshoot the product. If I was a hvac technician I wouldn't need to return would I? Spent alot of money with them this past year but no more.

Decu de la qualité, j'ai dû démontrer pour réserver des connecteurs qui était lâche.Je parle ici des connecteurs de métal qui sont les supports de plastiques certains font de mauvais contacts électriques.cela donne des codes et j'ai été obligé de vérifier le circuit avec un multimètre. PAR CHANCE JE SUIS ÉLECTRICIEN SINON IL FINISSAIT AU DÉPOTOIR !!!

I was very disappointed by this heater. It worked perfectly for 1 use overnight. The next day it shut down after 10 minutes with an over temp warning. I contacted vevor support with the E-05 code and a detailed description of what happened. I then had to go out in the cold and take a video for them so I could prove it did what I said. I could understand if I wanted a refund but I just wanted a replacement. After watching the video they determined it was the temperature sensor. They are sending a replacement sensor which will take possibly 2-3 weeks to arrive possibly longer due to its around Christmas. Then I have to disassemble the heater and replace the sensor. In my opinion I shouldn't have to replace the sensor. I was sold a product that failed after 8 hours of use. I should have been offer a replacement unit. Not just the part that I now have to replace myself. I will be sticking to other brands from here out. Even if they are a bit more expensive.
