Brought two, both had assembly problems, easy enough to fix as I'm a mechanic, but if not mechanically minded, would have been a throw away. Little things internally, does not appear to have quality control as someone is not doing their job. Will only buy 5kw units from now on, have had zero trouble with the 9 I've purchased.

Due to poor manufacturing it leaked fuel, and still does on startup, but not to the same extent as it first did after we made an alteration/repair ourselves. Initially it took many attempts to get it to keep running. We found the fuel pipe had been folded because it had been crammed into a space that was too small. The manual on/off button gets stuck and will not work sometimes, but the fob works OK. The instructions that come with it are useless. It did not compare favourably in price or quality with another make we had bought previously. Would not buy a Vevor one again.

Heater works great but exhaust pipe & muffler broke while installing ,instructions hard to follow,but does work well in end, have not figured out how to connect warranty

Purchased one of these as my old heater went out, decided to try the vevor rather than the espar, got it installed, it worked for about 2 weeks then quick working, it took over 4 months for them to finally replace it. Mind you I boxed up the old one, shipped it off, and it still took forever tk get a replacement. I had to email in twice asking if I was getting even the broken one back or my money or something and after another month they finally said "sorry for the delay" and they would get the new one to me. A month later it shows up. The entire process successfully brought me to the warm season where I dont even need it so I havent even installed this new one. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't idk. But a warranty and service that takes months is ridiculous.

Das Gerät ist einfach zu installieren und funktioniert gut Das Display ist mit einem Stecker versehen, nur leider ist da kein Verlängerungskabel, um das Display auf einer andere Stelle zu montieren. Man muss selbst ( max. 2m gemäß Herstellerangabe) ein Kabel dazwischen klemmen. Die Dieselpumpe ist ein Inline-Gerät, dass man deutlich aber nicht laut klacken hört. (das wegen Wohnmobil). Eine Zulassung für Einbau in Fahrzeuge hat es auch nicht (nach deutschen Gesetz). Vorsicht: Kann ohne 12V Converter nicht mit einer Lithium Batterie betrieben werden. Die 14,4-14,7V voll geladen oder 13,6V teilentladen beschädigen das Gerät. Vermutlich die Zündkerze. Leider steht das nirgendwo in der Bedienungs- oder Anschlussanleitung. Da wird nur von 12V gesprochen. Das Wort Lithium kommt nicht vor, obwohl das Netz, wenn danach gefragt wird, hier eindeutig ist: Geht nicht. Da muss bei dem Hersteller so was von bekannt sein! Das ist leider wohl Absicht und dem Hersteller anzulassen! Leider kommt eine Überspannungswarnung (E01) erst dann, wenn das Gerät defekt ist. Es war nach wenige Tage an einer lithium Batterie in Betrieb ohne diese Überspannungswarnung. Jetzt wird wohl die Glühkerze durchgebrannt sein, da ca 20% Überspannung anlag ohne Warnung! Reklamation wohl nicht möglich da die 12V nicht eingehalten wurden. Dabei ist seitens des Herstellers wohl von einer Fehlprogrammierung auszugehen: Die Warnung hatte sofort kommen sollen, bevor die Heizung gestartet wird und nicht erst, wenn die Glühkerze tot ist. Unverständlich: Wieso, wenn dies dem Hersteller bekannt ist, wird nicht eine DC-DC 12V Converter mit 12-15A (Einkauf Beispiel 5-10€) standardmäßig eingebaut. Dann gäbe es das Problem nicht, waren Kunden zufriedener, der Umsatz wurde steigern und das Ansehen der Firma gesteigert werden. Und es hatte viel mehr Sternchen gegeben. Und drei Zündkerzen mitgeliefert zum selber austauschen wäre auch super! Ach ja, der Dieseltank war mit nur 1 von 2 Schrauben befestigt und bei dem Gerät davor fehlten die Schrauben gänzlich. Es lohnt sich also ein Blick ins Innere. In Deutschland wird es für bis zu 109€ angeboten in Spanien zZ für 93€. Da ist also für einen fest eingebauten DC-DC 12V Converter durchaus finanzielle Marge! Und für ein gesteigertes Image folglich auch!

The diesel heater doesn't work at all it comes up E7 and you can go past that. i checked all connections and nothing. I received it Monday sent a filled out form on Vevor web page telling them this and nothing its now Thursday and still no reply so if some one bothers to take the time reading this please sort this out

Never received apperantly it was shipped back to the werehouse but no notifacation or credit issued until i reached out.

First time I used it was this past week at Rock lake and all would do is give me code E10 tried to get it to work as was cold in mornings Damn thing no good to us at all

After of more than a year of use, I can not get rid of rubber/ plastic smell. Every time I use the heater, as soon as it reaches more than 130 degrees C internal temperature, it starts to smell badly, so it makes this heater useless.

I never recive the item . slow communication, slow to resolve the isue and refund my money . Not a good experience here.
