Item came missing multiple parts and has a leaking fuel tank Contacted customer service and they make you jump through hoops. They said they were sending a replacement item but a month later still haven't received the item. No shipping update.

Buying from Vevor has been one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had. The machine sounds great however.
** Its our opinion that its a pile of plastic. Its true, you get what you pay for.
** The company says you have a 30 day return policy, that's a joke. They will waist you time and play email tag putting you though hoops without honoring there return. It has just become not worth the effort.
** The instructions are unclear or the machine doesn't work.
** BEWARE **

Would not recommend it doesn't heat even a small room in my camper I tried to return it and still haven't received anything back from vevor I buy alot off here but don't recommend this product at all 1 star rating

Disaster Dave Poor quality control
I had to take the unit apart to get the thermal wrap around the exhaust. It was bunched up on a small section of the exhaust. When I removed the cover I noticed the fuel line was pressed against the bare exhaust pipe, which likely would have caused a fire and had to move it. One of the terminals at the plug for the power supply was not even crimped on the wire and it was hanging loose. If I would have been unable to repair it the unit would not have powered on.
