Tive problemas com o ventilador e a board mas foi substituído por outro, levou algum a ser substituído, mas foi.

After less than 10hrs of run time the heater ran out of fuel (understandable) but then wont restart!

It worked for a few weeks at first, but then unusual glitches started and fixing them took a lot of time and effort. Relatively poor quality compared to how well the heater in my car works, which is of course a different brand. I recently got technical support and unfortunately it didn't help and now I'm in a situation where, not having bought an additional warranty, I have to buy a new device because this piece of crap won't start. I seriously doubt I'll buy from the same place. After such an experience, I can't recommend this junk to anyone. I'm not rich enough to buy cheap things multiple times!!!

Only ran for 5 tanks of fuel then quit...could not get it started again. Tried all the recommended fixes but nothing helped. Wasn't going to start paying for more parts when it was only used for such a short time. Maybe I just got a bad unit but wasn't investing more money without knowing if this thing would even work.

I bought five of these same heaters they are all malfunctioning with the same part vevor has lowered their price I'm pretty sure they know what's going on they're making it almost impossible for me to contact them they haven't contact me back yet I think it's a scam shame on you vivor

Do not buy these heaters I bought five of them they're all doing the same exact thing it's the control board it throws off three or four different codes after running it for a few days they have lowered the price on this I'm sure they know it's going on and I have tried to get into their returns and they will not contact me or let me contact them this is a scam I'm pretty sure shame on you vevor.

I am a repeat customer who has bought several products from Vevor in the past, but this is the last time they will ever get a cent of my money. I bought their diesel heater and it was a total lemon right out of the box. The worst part isn't even the broken heater—it’s the fact that they flat-out refuse to stand behind their product. I didn't just rely on the standard warranty; I actually paid extra for a THREE-YEAR extended warranty. Even with that extra protection, they are giving me the runaround and haven't resolved a single thing. To the people saying "it’s only $100, just suck it up"—that is exactly what Vevor wants you to do. $100 is still hard-earned money, and a company shouldn't be allowed to ship trash and ignore their own legal "warranty" promises. I had plans to buy more equipment from them for my shop, but those plans are dead. Current status: My issue is STILL UNRESOLVED. They have my money, they have the extra money I paid for the protection plan, and all I have is a cold garage and a heater that doesn't work. Pros: None. Cons: Defective product, zero customer service, fake warranty, and they don't value loyal customers

i purchased a 8kw to replace my Webasto bunk heater..Used it 30 hrs and i have to give it a bladt of air to start it My ot impressed at all.
