I will never purchase another thing from Vevor. They have systematic problems. I recently moved not close states away. I was going to order another item weeks before this and changed my address in the account page. I changed my mind on this item. Weeks later I ordered this 8kw heater. Then I completed my checkout got to shipping info and found that I old address showed up. I left the checkout went back to the account changed my address again. Went back completed purchase my current address showing in shipping. Get an email that my item has shipped with the wrong address I immediately contact vevor where they tell me nothing they can do. Spent weeks getting used time wasted and being blamed for their shifty system and a massive lack of customer service. I will not be buying from them ever again! I don't think anyone should if they keep your money for crap they ship yo other people. Vevor has low quality stuff that always has an issue. Now they are willing to straight up steel from you!

Na jamais fonctionné Erreurs E8 je pensais que c'était du a mon installation. Après avoir enlevé, tester sur l'établit, rien a faire toujours erreur E8

Dieselpumpa gir ikke nok diesel slik at den stopper etter få minutter. Jeg trenger en ny pumpe. Jeg har prøvd support men de krever en videodokumentasjon for å se på problemet. Jeg lan inn videoer som avtalt i chaten men de hevder at de ikke har fått den. Hvis dere ikke reagerer på dette så gir jeg opp.

Never received the product from Vevor. Will not waste time find products from this company again.

Purchased Diesel heater from vevor Package came damaged No exhaust Went back and fourth for almost 2 weeks where they were emailing me at all diffrent hours 3@m /4am with options but didnt want to refund or return Eventually they did a full refund and sent out another replacement part(exhaust) After the second exhaust arrived damaged (unsure why they didn't package it properly) they turned around and said i was now on my own and go and find something that will work as I have had a full refund Disappointed and lack of professionalism

Die Heizung ist unhandlich, lässt sich sehr schlecht befüllen, ist laut, klackert und die Passform der Teile wie Auspuff etc. passt einfach nicht schön zusammen und ist undicht. Ich würde die Heizung NICHT weiterempfehlen!!

Junk. Pure junk. This heater did not work after installation. It died after 33 minutes. Customer service is an absolute joke. You enter a chat and they then ask you for your patience and understanding by making you wait two days for them to get back to you. How would you possibly know that you would be at the heater to troubleshoot when you don't know when you're going to contact you again. This company is horrible

Junk!! Out of the box Junk! Customer Service replaced motherboard did not fix heater. I requested a refund did not happen.

Arrived very fast in time for the cold weather! Except error code 09 motherboard is roast Apparently we really needed this to work as we live in a camper year round. This is the second one I bought in the last 10 months and the other one just started acting up as well... Way too cold for a bad board
