Ik heb jullie dieselkachel reeds twee weken in mijn bezit maar ik kan er niks mee want ik krijg hem niet aan !!!!!! Na verschillende pogingen om alles door te meten gaat het display niet aan ( niks in beeld ) maar het display krijgt wel voeding!!!! En ja ik heb de video ook bekeken maar dat had ik dag één al uitgesloten. Er komen van jullie allerlei Emails maar ik kom geen stap verder, in de hoop dat mij iemand mailt dat jullie een nieuw display toe stuurd! Zo langzamerhand ben ik er klaar mee en heb een andere besteld!! Het valt mij gigantisch tegen hoe jullie dit probleem oplossen, maar daar zal de multimedia wel van gaan genieten! Tras más de 15 días esperando llega el producto y al ponerlo en marcha compruebo que no funciona tras más de una semana intentando que me mandaran uno nuevo y ofreciéndome cantidades de dinero inferiores a lo que pagué por el, tras amenazar con denunciar me devuelven el dinero… en fin una y no mas .

Me llego con el tubo de toma de aire exterior desviado asi que no puede montarse bien en la base. Normal supongo en un proceso de fabricacion de productos de bajo precio, el problema es que Vevor i el atencion al cliente se lavan las manos. No sorprende, pero para futuros compradores es algo a tener en cuenta.

Couldn’t get unit to even power up. Connected to battery just like instructions said and couldn’t even get the monitor to come on. Waste of time and money.

It’s a cheap heater and easy to set up for the price, however, when the temperature drops below 20°F, this thing really really really struggles to start and instead leaks because the fuel pump delivers too much diesel when the unit is trying to heat up.
