Buyer beware! This model is not safe, and does niot Operate as it has a major design flaw in the fuel pump and running of fuel lines. Customer support denies this. But many posts of this unit just quit working after a few uses due to the poorly designed fuel deliver system. Vevor customer service is probably the worst iI have ever dealt with. BUY ANOTHER BRAND save yourself the headache of them dismissing your claims. Happy Holidays!

This diesel heater never worked right from the start. It won't connect to the Bluetooth app no matter which one I find and try to use. The heater started firing up the first day...and from there it went STRAIGHT DOWNHILL. Never in my life have I hated something so much. If you need to rely on a heater, DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Other issues to note, the fan speeds are definitely not optimal for proper burn and reliable flame. First I couldn't get it to run higher than level 4...then I couldn't get the stupid thing to run longer than a couple hours. Then the heater would sloppily start and flame would clunk out within minutes. Then it would only fire when the pump WASNT running(after the pump dumped a ton of fuel in) which made zero sense. So only 3weeks or so before it was USELESS. I pulled it apart to troubleshoot and it was FULL of stage 3 creosote. Only after 3 weeks of use. I've owned 3 other Chinese diesel heaters and none of them were ever this bad. Avoid this unit like the plague!

Ce chauffage est arrivé cassé chez moi, lors que j’ai voulu le remplir de gasoil ça a fuit de partout me m’étant en danger moi, ma famille et ma maison sur roues. Cela fait une semaine que je combat le service après vente qui fait l’autruche et refuse de procéder à un échange sur mon matériel. CECI EST UNE ARNAQUE. Rien de professionnel à leur gestion. Produit arrivé cassé, délais de réponse du service client lamentable, gestion du problème complètement irrespectueuse et DANGEREUSE Je vous mets tous en garde par rapport à cette entreprise. ( impossible d’ajouter des photos à cet avis car elles sont apperemét « trop volumineuse » Arnaque

Item is junk quit working in less than 3 months. Contacted customer service and they will not replace, refund Orr repair item even though it has a 1 year warranty on it. Don’t waste your money buying from venvor!

Bought this heater within one week started giving error codes smokes like crazy, had to replace the fuel pump and place the fuel pump still smokes like crazy throws error codes contacted vevor instead of returning it they told me I should watch a video on how to fix it that told me nothing that had anything to do with what was going on with my machine

The mounting screws for the brackets are wrong size. Also the bluetooth doesnt work. I tried scanning the qr code on the manual and it shows me their authentication expired 2 days ago and notifies me its a sketchy website.

Has not worked properly since purchased and received. Difficult to set up. Instructions still vague, Bluetooth not working. Not impressed at all. This was supposed to be an improved model.

Shipping was 3 days late. Heater only worked 2 days and now I have been waiting 3 days for tech support to contact me back with their reasoning and suggestion as to why we got less than 24 hours total of run time before it started throwing E04 and E03.
