Received this as a gift for Christmas and had not opened until recently. Heater ran for almost 10 minutes before shutting down and giving error for clogged fuel flow. Opened it up and well let’s just say it was well used! The fuel line was stained and the tank was coated in diesel mung. Cleaned the tank, flushed the pump and replaced the fuel lines, put a filter in as well and still would not even make a flame noise. Dug deeper and found that the inlet screen was completely carboned over and all of the surrounding area. Pulled it apart and the cyclone chamber on the back of the combustion chamber was almost completely plugged with carbon and I burned fuel. Cleaned the chamber as best I could since it can’t be opened and pulled the screen as well for a good cleaning, which had to be burned off it was so thick. Reassembled and runs like a champ. Have to say I am beyond disappointed by this have been a very faithful customer to Vevor, not sure how many thousands and never had an issue until this. No I didn’t take pictures or videos, was an emergency situation that forced me to use the heater and had to get it going or there would have been dead livestock on my hands so there was no time to make a vlog. No reason to lie about this, the unit now works because I repaired it. I have written many positive reviews for their products and have more to finish for good products I have now. But this one gets a zero on Vevor’s service! It was obviously used and returned, the disturbing thing is that the outside was 100 percent a new case with plastic still on the screen, like the dirty shell on a returned unit was just pulled off and replaced. Hope that Vevor tries to make this right but I have my doubts. On another note my last two order have had packages taking over a week to get to me and one that is in limbo. Please stop using the USPS, most unreliable form of shipping.

Lasted one day

I took insurance on shipping. Never got item. I can't really review. I can say never take insurance its a fraud.all other items went well with no insurance. I took insurance because I wasn't home that day.vevor didn't help with problem I had.

Hi, It never worked. I spent time trying to start it but it never did. Price is good for a working unit but for non working. It is wasting of time and money.

This heater has been nothing but a lemon. Must have gotten one made last minute on a friday before a holiday weekend.

The fuel pump did not work out of the box. have to order a new one to make the unit work.

DO NOT BUY! This thing almost killed my coworker. To start, the heater arrived with very damaged packaging. I contacted Vevor, they told me the damage was only cosmetic and offer $20 for me to keep it. I pulled the cover off to inspect the internals, they looked ok. I used the heater less that 10 times for 3-4 hours each time and and now the heater has basically blown up... The last fire up it started normally, then began to leak exhaust into the ventilation fan. This was blowing carbon monoxide into my work area! The CO alarm did not go off! My coworkers began to feel dizzy and were slurring their words, if another staff member had not come to check on us we could have easily passed out and died from CO poisoning! We followed the instructions exactly for start up and shut down. This is a dangerous machine. The build quality is awful and the service is equally garbage. DO NOT BUY! Do not waste your money or risk your life.

Nous avons commandé ce chauffage pour équiper notre pickup. Beaucoup de bruit à la première utilisation, des odeurs de brulés par moment, beaucoup de fumée alors que nous avons respecté les consignes d'installation et utilisé du diesel +. Depuis le début de notre voyage pour un an nous subisons que des pannes les unes après les autres. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT DE PASSER VOTRE CHEMIN POUR PARTIR SEREIN!

Terrible, could never get running

I ordered and received my Vevor diesel heater just before Christmas. It ran great for about three weeks. Then periodically it wouldn’t start so I had to turn it off unplugged and restart it. After another week of messing with that. I ordered a new igniter. I replaced the igniter and then seem to work for two more days. Today for the second time, I took it all apart, completely cleaned it. It started back up ran for 15 minutes and then got another error code E8. The pump is working the fuel tank is full and yet the machine is not running again. I only use off-road diesel.
