Basically a boat anchor now. Day 1, power plug in push inside case, no big deal. Day 4, the power brick failed, so I switched to battery power. A couple of days later, starting problems. Many tries to get going. Finally fan motor siezed up. Opened up to verify, so probably no warranty. Do not buy!! My other Vevor heaters have been great.

Garbage product, bad instructions, frustrating. Sometimes it worked most times it didn’t. Same conditions. Little customer support.

Didn't get it, got lost in the mail what I was told. Got one email saying it was shipped nothing further. Finally got full refund

Can't give a review, Vevor lied to me about shipping and never received it, will never deal with this company again.

No customer service..my unit smokes and smells , fumes .. I’ve tried to contact customer service..no reply, sent pictures and video to no avail

I wouldn’t buy anything absolutely anything from this vendor. They do not back up what they sell and if you have to return something, it is absolutely a nightmare. It is a big scam. Do yourselves a favor. Try to find American maid products.

Missing an exhaust pipe when received, asked them to send me a replacement, the time I did everything that they wanted me to do for 3 dollars part , I Ordered from elsewhere Customer service is not good , All is good my last purchase from Vevor See what they wanted me to co to get this pipe , I think they are smoking a bit of pipe :) And sorry for any inconvenience caused.We would like to work together to resolve this issue and ensure your satisfaction. I can't give a review of this heater because I never received it.

Lasted 3 days and shorted out!

The heater worked but had two major issues. When the unit ran out of fuel it pumped fumes into my camper. Second issue was that it got wet one time from rain and stopped working. It won't turn on anymore. A lot of money misspent. And now I have no heat again. Should have bought the warranty but you live you learn I suppose.
