Bonjour Dans le carton, il manque le câble d'alimentation en 12 /24 volts, normalement inclus avec le rechauffeur Merci de me l'envoyer.

Die Heizung wurde vollständig und zeitnah geliefert. Leider hatte das mitgelieferte Display einen Wackelkontakt wodurch die Heizung nicht betrieben werden konnte. Der Kundenservice wurde eingeschaltet nach etwas Hin und Her wurde mir ein Ersatzdisplay zugeschickt, hierfür vergingen gut 2 Wochen. Das neue Display hatte dann ein anderes Problem: es ließ sich zwar immer einschalten, die Heizung lief problemlos. Sobald man aber die Power Taste gedrückt hat um aus dem Menü zurück zu gelangen oder aber nur die HEIZUNG AUSZUSCHALTEN reagierte der Knopf nicht mehr. Wollte man die Heizung ausschalten ging es nur über das Kappen der Stromzufuhr was natürlich eine starke Rauchentwicklung usw. zur Folge hatte. Also wieder Korrespondenz mit dem Kundenservice, Nachweise per Videoupload usw. dann erneut ein Display zugeschickt bekommen, was nach knapp drei Wochen dann auch ankam. Jetzt mit dem insgesamt dritten Display und gut 5 Wochen Nutzungsausfall kann ich sehen die Heizung funktioniert wie sie soll. Positiv hervorheben kann ich den Kundenservice, ich habe meistens nach ein paar Stunden, spätestens aber nach 24 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen und das Problem wurde schließlich gelöst. Ich gebe dem Produkt deshalb nur 3 Sterne.

I have a problem with the heater I ordered. I will update my review when resolved. The fuel line is very close to the exhaust and the heat shield is very baggy. With a few alterations to the design it could be an excellent heater.

This heater WILL NOT work when powered by most Portable Power Stations, both on 12V or 120V and will shut down during self-checking without starting to heat. On 12V, you need at least 12 Amps - portable power stations 12V cigarette lighter sockets only produce 10A Using the 120V to 12V transformer also doesn't work unless you have a very high output portable power station, as the transformer appears not to be able to draw enough current and therefore doesn't put out 12A at 12V. The only way to be sure this will work for camping/off-road use on 12V is to connect directly to the battery.

Good but somebody on factory didnt plug fuel pump connector and i needed to open and plug it. Now working..

Unit came with fuel pump wire connector unhooked, so required some troubleshooting and disassembly to get it running, but works like a charm after the repair.

I think I was a little overzealous when purchasing this. I think this would be a good heater, if in a smaller space. My garage is 20x20, and was hoping it would warm it up, but its just not strong enough. I put it to quit the test too. First time using it, in an insulated garage, it was -15 outside. It blows hot air, just couldn't over power the extreme cold. Its a good heater, nothing wrong with it. I like the remote and the ability to power it via battery or plug it in.

Diesel Pump was not conected, after Diesel Pump was Gaseline hose broken and Diesel leak all over

Love that it starts up great. So easy to use. Just does not produce the heat like I thought it would. My kerosene heater is cheaper and heats up way better then this. With thst being said it does not use as much diesel as I thought it would. But what really talked these up was the tik toks bragging about it. As someone who lives in northern New York especially with the year we are having this year I thought it would do better but it did not. Definitely for those tiny garages in the south.

I bought this for my 2 car garage to replace My Big Buddy propane heater. The diesel heater takes very long to raise the temperature in the garage even a few degrees at the highest settings. The diesel heater seems to have trouble getting the temperature above 50 degrees. The propane heater is probably twice as fast, and the last use raised the temperature from 34 degrees to about 60 degrees in a reasonable amount of time. Also the installation instructions are terrible. The heater is very easy to use though. Not the worst heater that I've had but I was definately hoping for better results.
