Item was shipped to wrong address in another state. Tried to contact Vevor to get help. No one has contacted me as yet. The website had my address on it from over 4 years ago??? I did not recieve the item and im out the money. Next step is to contact the bank and dispute payment. At this point im loosing faith in Vevor and may look elsewhere for my needs. They have my money.. I have nothing. Item was over $200

You sent a 13.5 kW heater that was for 120 volts instead of a 50 kW 230-volt heater; I think that is really poor.

This heater boasts about a 52 hour run cycle per Tank of fuel. It doesn't even come close. I would say that I get about 12 hours max for 5 gallons of fuel. This unit is also extremely noisy. If you can turn it on and walk away and then turn it off when you return then it's ok but if not the noise is deafening. It is very easy to use just plug it in and turn it on. It blows incredible heat but again very hard on fuel. I think that this unit needs to have an adjustment capabilities for heat which might help the fuel consumption but I personally wouldn't purchase this model again unless it had upgrades. Not overly pleased with this purchase which is strange because I have purchased a number of products from Vevor with no issues.

When the item arrived it had obviously been opened before it was shipped.all parts and screws where loose on the bottom of the box, and the box had been ripped opened and taped up. Obviously a returned item then shipped to me.

Fan Blade brent and fuel pickup grommet not installed properly, Somehow that caused fuel to disperse over the body of the heater. Company did send new fan blade and made some restitution. but Inconvenience was overwhelming.

Le chauffage fait le boulot mais la régulation est très mauvaise. Trop de Delta de température entre le mini maxi. ( Réglage a 20 degrés, la température monte a 25 degrés avant de s'arrêter et redémarre a 15 degrés). J'ai un garage de 80 m2. Autre gros point négatif le bruit, quand il est en fonctionnement pas question de parler avec quelqu'un ou d'écouter de la musique. Peut-être que le modèle avec la régulation digital est mieux.je regrette d'avoir pris celui-ci.
