I stopped using it. The controller button got so hot it started to melt.

Plugged it in, it ran 5 minutes and went out. Looks like the glass tube holding the element was broken. The box and packaging was mint. Pretty fragile tube I would think. Will be returning it

This heater I bought it to warm up a little bit my small and personal room, it takes a long time to warm up the space but also the one I got came defective, after a certain time(about an hour) it turns off by itself, I am working on trying to send it back because I’d like my refund

Works fine for around 30 mins, then cuts out and won't work again for at least an hour + very disappointing Vevor was always about good quality at good pricing, this product unfortunately falls short.

Purchased to use in an RV. Item received only had 2 heat settings and no remote. Plugged in to use for further disappointment. Heater would run for about 5 minutes and shut down. Contacted Vevor, who said they would replace with Item ordered. They sent the same incorrect heater received initially. Furthermore, they refused to send a shipping label to return the incorrect piece of junk, rather insisted I waste my time locating a recycler for drop off. Terrible product and worse customer service.

It's works when it works. The heater will turn on for 10 minutes and shut off and you can't turn it back on until it cools down. not good when your cold and want some heat

I received Vevor's vertical standing infrared heater in about 10 days from placing the order. That was the most positive aspect of my order. Right out of the box the heater continually and seemingly randomly shut itself off and would not turn on again until the heater completely cooled off. Obviously, this heater had a high temperature shut-off issue. To make matters worse, the switch which is located on the top of the heater became so hot that the plastic base of the switch melted and would no longer turn the heater on or off but simply turned 360 degrees. This necessitated unpluging and pluging in again to start and stop the heater. Besides being annoying, the heater is obviously very dangerous. I contacted Vevor and, although it took way too long (nearly 2 weeks), they did issue a full refund. In short, I strongly recommend anyone considering this type of heater to look elsewhere.

Stop working a year later , but was really only used a handful of times. Not power on with switch or remote control. So disappointed.
