Guy Mottola Homeowner
Bianco 91.4 cm
The overall quality of the product was good. The fastners and instructions were not good. I received the wrong anchors and the instructions said to use a 1/2” hole. Had I done that the anchors would have never expanded enough to hold. Plus the anchors supplied were cheaply made. I purchased some better quality anchors locally.

Well made and great value. This was easy to install, sturdy, and is well-made. I installed this on the stairs that we changed over from wood to composite materials. Very nice simple design that goes well with the stairs. Highly recommend!

Ochi Handlauf
Nero 152.4 cm

Very pleased with the handrail, but must say that the plan ( which was in the box ) for fixing up was useless,
it did not tell you anything. I thought at least it would have told you the size of the drill one needed ??ll
All the plan did was to show you the parts broken down.

groff5 Railing won't fully tighten to posts
Nero 121,9 cm
Decent quality, looks good. My biggest issue is the connection between the rail and the posts won't tighten enough to take wiggle out of railing. Railing moves just slightly, making you think the railing isn't stable. Still trying to figure out how to remedy that issue. Probably have to drill it out and use bigger fasteners. It's a little unnerving to people using it for the first time.

Hanim Duarte Easy enough to install, works as intended but a bit flimsy
Bianco 152.4 cm
Works good, the bracket holding the top rail broke during installation, would be good otherwise.
