Product delivered on time, good quality, easy assembly. The only issue I had was the supplied installation fittings didn't suit my situation. I purchased additional s/s bolts and hardware which resulted in a better and easier install for me.

All the parts arrived very carefully wrapped. It was fairly easy to assemble and build.
I found the spanner supplied was substandard and didn't fit the nuts effectively. (I used my own spanners). I would suggest that the bolt for tightening the adjustable top handrail should have a S/S locking washer to prevent the rail giving way if someone was loosing their balance and grabbed it. With out it the rail gives way. This would be a fairly important safety issue.

The anchor bolts supplied are insufficient and substandard for this product. Recommend quality 10mm dyna bolts be used.
