Bravo. Cordialement.

This is the 3nd rail I've purchased and I had to have it cut down to size as it was too long and the small one was too short. The engineering firm cut off 350 ml and tig welded the ends back on. Can't tell its been modified. The original one I installed without modification did not tighten up sufficiently and a disabled friend nearly fell down the steps when grabbing the top near the ball connecter. I have know used a steel epoxy glue and this has made the rail very sturdy and I would highly recommend this as I would not feel safe without it.
The 2nd smaller one I purchased had some parts missing but was eventually supplied along with all the other fixings. A bit of translation mix up but no bubbles and very polite emails.

Easy to assemble, found the sleeve anchors a little small, thus purchased some heavier ones, however very pleased with the installation, will be recommending to a fried who viewed our installation yesterday
