Colis bien recu mais dans un état délabré.. boîte détruite et déchirée de tous les côtés, beaucoup de pièce manquante. Tous est grafigné de partout.. je suis déçu car ça semble être un bon produit mais au prix que j’ai payé je m’attendais à avoir du neuf.. Il n’y a pas un morceau qui n’est pas tout grafigné..

Do not buy this item. Horrible experience. The shaft that is supposed to fit into your golf cart trailer or Tractor did not fit inside the other piece. It should slide right in and then you put a screws through it. I hurt my foot pretty badly trying to jam this piece in I had several people try nobody could get it and it’s worthless without this because you can’t hook it to anything. I called asked for someone from the company to call me. Never get a call back nobody ever called and they told me they have no spare parts lol. Well this is a lie because they have more wagons and all they had to do is take this piece from another one and yes, they wouldn’t be able to sell that one, but they would’ve made a customer at least satisfied. Also the screws if you tighten them too much which is easy to do it’s not very much at all. They go right through the metal. And then you have to find new hardware. When this happened, there’s nobody you can talk to you on the phone. You have to send an email and wait a day or two till they get around to typing back to you. They provided no solution that works for the customer they sent you a prepaid shipping label, but you have to box this whole thing up after you’ve put it all together. Lol you’ve put the whole thing together tighten these screws which isn’t easy cause they’re cheaply made and then they want you to take it all apart and mail it back to get a resolution? Are you kidding me this company as a joke I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. They did nothing for the sake of the customer. I will never use them again and I’m gonna share my experience on every platform I can.

I bought this to help haul materials around my hobby farm. Though it did this for a while, the upper railings quickly bent out of shape, the paint flaked off within a few uses and the axle bent out of shape after a bolt snapped while hauling a heavier load, rendering the cart unable to move. Though the bent railing and flaking paint were annoying, I wanted to salvage the unit and continue to use it. Unfortunately, when I asked vevor for a replacement axle they stated they no longer supported the product or had any replacement parts. This was surprising, as I only purchased it a year ago. Needless to say, I would not recommend this product, nor would I recommend any purchase from vevor that might require more than a single use.

Die Lieferung war wie üblich nicht einfach, hat aber letztlich geklappt. Leider war die Lieferung nicht komplett, so ist der Anhänger vorderhand unbrauchbar.

I never received this unit, as you probably use a bad courier, so you cancelled the order and reimbursed me.

Arrived damaged. Took 5 days of no reply frustrion to get a response. The they wanted to do the Chinese Waltz and offer me $70. I refused. A couple days later I got an RA. Just don't do business with these people.

Package came in a good timely manner but the hardware was torn apart, I have missing bolts and the drive shaft does fit in the hole, the hole cut for it is too small or too much paint. I might have to use a press to even get it in. Very annoyed with this as it had such good reviews online and on here
