Great cart, not too expensive! 4 stars because it arrived damaged... I talked with departement and they offered my 10% off. But cart still damaged.. :)

Nice cart but some issues. The parts were mislabeled, the directions could be much better. The assembly instructions from package and what is online are not the same. Real issue with the bolts they used. I ended up buying some bolts with a flatter head for the inside of the cart. I do not need the big, sharp hex bolts that makes it hard to put in buckets and getting things caught on it. They should update all bolts that are in the actual bottom of the cart. Also we are pretty handy and it took way more time than 20 minutes to assemble.

Bonne remorque dans l'ensemble, grande capacité, plutôt robuste et joli design. Perfectible tout de même ! Il y a trop de jeu dans le système de blocage de la benne basculante ce qui la rend un peu branlante mais le problème peut facilement être corrigé si on est bricoleur. J'ai également rajouté un attelage à boule ce qui la rend plus robuste à mon gout. Je rachèterais sans problème cette remorque.

This ATV trailer got heavy use from the day it arrived....firewood, gardens, planting trees and hauling tools. Definitely worth the investment. My only complaint is that it could use slightly larger tires in order to track with the ATV better and an optional ball hitch so it can handle trail use a bit better.

Heavy duty well-made cart. Assembly was easy I took my time, and it took about an hour. I would have given it a five-star rating but, shipping and handling was horrible and customer support was a little stubborn. The carton looked like it was dropped off at the zoo in the gorilla cage for them to play with for a week. The carton was ripped, taped up and gaping holes torn in it, where my missing hardware must have fallen out. Quite a few parts damaged but only able to show a couple because of the 5 photo limit. After several weeks of emailing back and forth customer support resolved the issues.

Overall, this is a nice little trailer that was easy to put together. I had to subtract a star, though, because the box was pretty mangled, a few pieces were bent (relatively easy fix) and the hardware package was torn open so the screws and other hardware were all over the place inside the box. As I was putting the trailer together, I was hoping I'd have the requisite hardware. Fortunately, it was all there, but the way the hardware package was ripped open and the packaging was such a mess, I couldn't help but wonder if this was a lazily repackaged return? Anyway, still a good little trailer.
