Nut that fastens the detector / sensor coil doesn't tighten enough to keep the sensor coil perpendicular to the ground. Also, the detector beeps from simple movement or if it is tapped or taps something. Contacted customer service a couple days ago with no reply

You don’t get what the picture show . Came in missing parts . Ask for a refund , could not get a refund , because I had to pay for shipping it back. And a restocking fee, customer services bad , will not purchase online with this company again.

The directions are terrible to the point I could not put this together. I reached out to Vevor and asked for better instructions or a video (that they sometimes offer) and after some back and forth they agreed to send. Of course, that was just the ploy to get me to stop nagging them and no additional instructions or an email was received. Terrible customer service! It's unfortunate and I will reconsider buying anything else on Vevor! Proper directions or alternative solutions are needed if you expect US customers to buy your products!

Been reading the directions and looking at videos and playing around with this thing and its been pretty much useless and just chirps and beeps. on odd thing is I can't seem to find a volume control for the headphones or the speaker???? All I wanted to do was probe around on my property and find the metal spinkler heads that are hidden or covered by the previous 5 owners over the past 30 years. I found 4 hidden heads and I KNOW there are others. This was a waste of money. Zero gratification, use, or satisfaction. When I have a spare 2 or 3 hours to sit on hold or wait around I will call Vevor Tech support/customer service and maybe we can get this thing into useful status???
