Received today. Package had some damage. The tray was bent and the filler hose was damaged. Something mashed the filler hose like someone used pliers on it.

Brad Kelley Doesn't work well for honey
Product works great as long d you don't stop. When you stop, it only takes about 5 seconds for the honey to start freely running out of the nozzle. A different nozzle would be great.

Ich habe die Maschine nie bekommen, da Vevor und DHL es bei zwei mal nicht hinbekommen haben, zu liefern.
Ich musste sie dann über Kaufland bestellen und bin nicht gerade begeistert. Die Schläuche stinken so stark nach Plastik, dass ich neue kaufen musste, weil ich damit meinen Honig nicht abfüllen will...

La pompe a une prise d'air quelque part et envoie bulles et mousse dans les pots. Ce n'est pas satisfaisant et je n'ai pas réussi à mettre en automatique.

Leider funktionierte es nicht Defekte Pumpe Motor fazit 3std probiert und 3 kg honig verblödet wir warten auf die Retoure und versuchen es noch 1x und das letzte mal aus.

David Ford Buyer beware! Machine dead on delivery and no resolution
I received the filling machine promptly within 48 hours of the order. And that is where the customer service stopped. The filling machine did not work out of the box and found that the power supply has an issue with where the power cord plugs into it. I asked for a replacement power supply and three weeks later, VEVOR is telling me it’s lost and offering a partial refund to deal with the issue myself. I bought a three year protection plan and believe that is a waste of money since I can’t get a brand new machine working. How about you send a new replacement machine to resolve the I issue?
