Works ok, except for the handle sticking causing spills of 160°f liquid to burn my hand! Was the welder drunk on the day this machine was assembled? The filling spout is off center to the right, see attached picture. Overall, I kind of wish I had purchased a different brand.

This machines contains the parts made of rubber should be silicone. If your product contains oil, it will melt the rubber over the time and leads to product contaminations. Vevor offers replacement t parts but it is same rubber parts. It will melt again. I suffered a big loss because of black rubber parts melted and contaminated 500 bottles of products. As per the Velvor, they dont make the machines with silicone yet so if you use oils then dont buy this machines.

I really hoped this would work! My first one worked for years! I tried to return the second one because it never worked!!! Your team didn't communicate at all!!!! Bad business!!!! I thought I would try once more, and again it leaks like a sieve! Absolutely loving the automatic one!!!! :) I NEED TO RETURN THIS MANUAL PIECE OF JUNK! REALLY HATE OWNING THREE PIECES THAT DON'T WORK!!! I'm doing this within 30 days, as I did last time, and I don't feel I should have to pay for shipping! As I was told the last time, I did, even though it was clearly stated that returns within 30 days were free... Vevor should take both of them back!

I've ordered several of these for filling oils. They seem to break within a few months and some arrived leaking. It seems to be the luck of the draw. Vevor support responded to me with a video in Chinese and then ignored my multiple requests for a replacement. Avoid buying from them if you can.

Well if i recieved this unit im sure i would have been impressed. This review is more focused on the company and their lack of communication. My product was promised to me 3 different days and nothing showed up at my door. The shipping company was blamed but....Im not sure it was even sent. They have no issue taking your money at the time of checkout but we have to wait around 10 to 14 days to get our refund. I planned on doing a lot of business with Vevor but their communication skills suck. i will not recommend Vevor

The machine broke the first time I used it

"This manual oil filling machine is very poor in quality and produces significant inconsistencies in fill volumes. It cannot be relied on for accurate or professional results." I tried to contact the company more than one week no answer , Dont loss your money

Havent even been able to use the product because it came damaged and went back and forth with customer service to finally get them to replace the broken part. Still have not received the damaged part and going on 60 days!

Inoperable on arrival. VEVOR refuses to honor return policy. Equipment is bent and unusable. Do not recommend this company for functional equipment.

I followed every single instruction to clean and prep the machine before using it. After dispensing barely 100–200 mL of lotion, I started seeing black flecks show up in my bottles. So I tore the whole thing down, cleaned it again, and gave it another chance. Same story, tiny black flecks in every bottle before I even realized it was happening. This meant that the brand new, clean machine was contaminating my lotion, which customer support was telling me I probably didn't clean it right. This just shows the piston is made with a low quality steel. I reached out to customer support, and they somehow managed to make an obviously defective unit even more frustrating. I made it clear: either replace the machine, because it’s clearly faulty, or refund me. Instead, they offered me 25% back and told me to keep the unit. Why would I want to keep a defective machine? Then they upped it to 50% and again insisted I keep it. I’m not sure why they thought hanging onto a broken product was a selling point. After way too much back and forth, they finally processed a refund. Their slogan might be “Tough tools. Half price,” but slapping the word “tough” on something doesn’t magically make it decent. This machine was low-quality from the start—just overpriced garbage dressed up as a deal.
