Grosse déception quand l'appareil neuf arrive défectueux et inutilisable. Le SAV a fait son travail mais il a fallu du temps pour recevoir la piece. Du coup, pour moi le prix est excessif (pour l'achat d'un problème !!). Avec les délais, je ne l'ai donc pas encore utilisé, mais ça ne semble pas complètement intuitif à première vue.

Marche très bien mais le petit bémol n'est pas assez rapide pour moi

The sensor for the scale did not work, so a bunch of the features also didn't work. I had to put another scale on top of the machine and just use the manual button to fill the jars. The pump did work well when it was primed and pumped some thick honey.

This machine is so slow. Auto function is hit or miss. Tried to return but the customer service in non existent. Need a return number.

The machine came but never worked, after many emails sent and bot responses, they said they were going to send me the broken piece, still waiting ....nothing ....poor customer service careful what u buy here

Don’t waste money on this it’s the worst bottler I have ever owned! You can’t even prime it it takes hours to prime and get the air out of the lines. Wishes I had punched myself in the face and saved my money instead!

The machine was delivered dirty with missing pieces, which to me indicated it was used. The company denied and said it just wasn’t cleaned before being shipped to me. After weeks of back and forth with the company they finally offered to send me the 3 missing pieces and confirmed what was being sent. Once received, only 2 of the 3 missing pieces were sent. So I am basically stuck with a machine that is not fully functional. This is my first and last time shopping with Vevor.

This machine is useless.
