Sehr schlechte Maschine. Schlechte Verarbeitung schon direkt beim auspacken gemerkt. Nach 4 Wochen hat die Waage schon Probleme gemacht und ist damit unbrauchbar. Außerdem war es von Anfang an problematisch wirklich feine Pulver zu verwiegen.
Billig, schlecht, keine Kaufempfehlung

Nach unzähligen TICKETS schicke ich die leider unbrauchbare Maschine zurück. Sie wiegt in den Minusbereich - ist einfach kaputt und ich habe keine Hilfe erhalten. Schade.

Leider das Produkt defekt, das kann passieren. Aber das ich jetzt 1 Monat hingehalten werde und vertröst werde, das geht gar nicht. Wir sind eine Firma und kein Kasperletheater. Mundpropaganda wird seinen Lauf nehmen und wir werden sicher nichts mehr bei dieser Firma kaufen

La llenadora parecía funcionar perfectamente cumpliendo con lo que promete, pero a los 3 meses se ha caído un motor de vibración que iba soldado por dentro haciendo un ruido terrible al golpear con el metal, he puesto un ticket pero no responde nadie, mala soldadura y mal servicio al cliente.

Kathryn It works but is not consistent
It works but is definitely low quality. The dispensed weight can vary by 2 grams, which matters if you're trying to hit the lower gram range (ie. 8g). It is also very loud. I've had several other brands that are much quieter, nearly silent even, and they hit the gram weight every time.

Bought this machine in June.
used a few times and now it doesn' t have any light and doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
lodged 3 tickets with them and everytime saying, technical support wil lcontact you but instead they have closed the tickets.

Après chaque pesé je suis obligé de remettre manuellement a zéro la balance pour passer à la pesé suivante et l'absence du sav complique La tache
Je dois refaire toutes les pesés parfois défaut de 50g
J'espère avec ce commentaire j'aurais un contact avec un technicien pour résoudre ce problème
