Dispenses within the set limits as advertised. Very high quality, good feel. Super simple to use. If I could give it 10 stars I would :) I love that they add packaging safety screws to keep the scale safe during transit

These machines are pretty good, but can be git and miss. For the price, you can't beat unless you order directly from alibaba. Here's a tip, if your bot happy with how it weighs, scan the qr code sticker that comes on it, and see videos on how to do set up, calibration, functions etc. Also, get yourself a 20g weight to calibrate, or something small and dense that weighs 20g. Sometimes you may need to tilt the machine or adjust the feed port slider, to get it to feed exactly what and how you like. Thses machines have been a god send for us. But...you will encounter the odd lemon. I own 4 of these smaller ones, and 2 of the larger ones. If the hoppers are too small, build larger ones and fit them into top. I use cardboard glued together as a test hopper, then had some fabbed up.

This machine works perfectly for filling my jars of laundry detergent. We were able to fill 20 jars in a few minutes
