Works as it should. I am using it on my custom watercooled PC. A bit loud, so it's better to move it to another room.

The Chiller arrived on time very easy to install and worked perfect with the 80watt laser machine which i have bought from Vevor 9 years ago.I have 2 laser machines 80watt 50X70 now from Vevor and they work every day without any problems. In my opinion Vevor is the best company in Europe to work with. Thank you for your support.

Une utilisation enfantine, remplissage facile, j’ai utilisé de l’eau distillée, il fait très bien son job, petit bémol c’est bruyant et jauge de contrôle de remplissage à l’arrière

Merci au SAV de l'equipe vevor ,j'ai recu mon chiller bien abimé suite au transport et il ont été tres reactif et mon envoyé sous 5 jours un autre chiller de remplacement qui marche tres bien . merci encore a l'equipe vevor.fr a trés bientot surement pour mes futurs achat

After a two weeks of the use, I am not happy how noisy this thing is once the compressor kicks in. I have set up the chiller to 17 degrees and the compressor starts working when the temperature reach 19 degrees. That is fine, but it behave strange I would say. It brings the temperature down to 18.3 degrees, then it goes up to 19 and finally down to 17. Then the compressor stops, but temperature keeps going down to around 14.5 degrees. It takes around 10-15 minutes and those are very noise minutes :) Overall, it does it's job so can not complain about that, but that noise....

This unit is exactly what you would expect. It is a cheap fan cooled water chiller. Do yourself a favor and open it up before using it. The power supply in mine was loose and needed to be zip tied again. There were several hoses with loose zip ties(they use zip ties instead of hose clamps). Give it a good look over before installing it. I'm happy with it though. It looks nice and functions well for my needs.

Quando è arrivato il chiller, perdeva acqua dall’interno Ho richiesto in assistenza per il problema, e come dovevo comportarmi ma non ho ricevuto risposta ho aperto il chiller ed ho trovato il tubo che dal serbatoio alla pompa dell’acqua era completamente staccato ho inviato foto, della riparazione ma sono stato ignorato, Mi dispiace perché la ritengo una azienda valida ho acquistato in passato un pialla a spessore e delle lame di ricambio, e sinceramente non mi sono mai trovato male, se la sua visione de solamente vendere , e non assistere i clienti, nel prossimo futuro starò attento alle scelte che dovrò fare.

This machine has been defective from the start. Each time Vevor have stalled on addressing issues. Water pump replaced but issues with safety of machine as it still runs when open which is against standards. Significant wobble in left to right axis movement which is causing sparking or arching. Machine jumps when cutting and does not perform safely. Has been checked by professional. Refund requested and evidence provided yet still delays. This leads me to believe it’s a deliberate tactic to take outside timeframes for PayPal and other avenues of dispute. Will never buy another product from Vevor - bastardized products with defective and inferior parts. Customer service is essentially non-existent. Noting machine won’t cut even at 90% 10-15/s photos show doesn’t even mark on 3mm laser ply or even 2mm. Also note mirrors are aligned and offsets set.

It works out of the box with the default settings ok. However: configuring anything on it is a great pain. The device has 4 rubber input buttons and for doing any configuration you need to simultaneously press them for a certain time. Some I did not manage to make work. The documentation is really bad. I wish it came with a remote for user friendly operations, and with a decent manual.

La macchina nel complesso funziona bene, ci sono però alcuni aspetti da modificare per rendere l'esperienza d'uso più semplice. Nel dettaglio: 1. Manuale di istruzioni: va riscritto migliorando la parte tecnica. 2. Le istruzioni di accesso ai vari menù sono scritte in maniera incomprensibile. 3. Il modo d'uso del controllore elettronico, per quanto riguarda l'accesso ai menù, è a dir poco ORRIBILE! Ci sono migliaia di esempi di gestione menù sul mercato. Prendete spunto dalla concorrenza e modificate sta schifezza. 4. Le istruzioni relative alle modalità di funzionamento del chiller non sono comprensibili se chi lo usa non ha un background di refrigerazione. 5. Tubi di connessione circuito acqua: troppo poco spazio e troppo vicini per usare fascette metalliche in maniera semplice.
