Works as it’s should and was a great deal…. The handle is flimsy as the connection between handle pieces isn’t a precise fit, this did not affect the use but could be annoying..

Steel zit niet heel vast in elkaar. Het glijdt wel makkelijk over het gazon. Groter moet de voetplaat zeker niet zijn.

John Quality Control Bad

After using the leveling rake for about 5 minutes it broke. The rollers came off. I had to search the lawn for the bolt and nut to put it back together again. However, for the 5 minutes I used it the rake worked great. Concept if great. Quality control needs some attention.

amgonz Very flimsy - needs improvement
Base seemed okay, handle was very flimsy and not very good overall. I tried to file for return but was met with resistance in wanting photos and videos. I do not have the time to use camera and upload to computer. Will try to fix and make it work. Disappointing purchase.

Wel goedkoop maar uiterst slecht kwaliteit. Het handvat bestaat uit 3 delen. Bij aandraaien schiet het schroefdraad over elkaar waardoor strak aandraaien geen mogelijk is. Bij eerste gebruikt vallen de aluminium rollen al uit het frame omdat de bouten niet goed vastzitten. Ook is de afmeting niet voldoende groot om zichzelf goed te nivelleren, heeft de neiging om te gaan "scheppen".

Also der Rakel ansich ist echt top. Aber der Stiel ist qualitativ echt eine Katastrophe. Die Schraubverbindung ist absolut schlecht von der Qualität. Da würde jede Gardena kupplung länger halten. Aber sonst funktioniert das Gerät sehr gut

Das Gerät kam leider unvollständig an und ließ sich somit nicht zusammenbauen. Das gat mich anfänglich sehr verärgert. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Reklamationsbearbeitung sehr unkompliziert war und mir umgehend eine Lösung angeboten wurde.

Jack Excellent balue, but needs better support on handle mount to base
A stronger connection to the base is required, as if you are doing alot of work with it, it can wear out the mounting hole. Even a bushing sleeve would eliminate the wear.
