Product and price was good. Contact options after the delivery are poor. Things have changed and I don't need the item just delivered. I entered the order # on the return site and it won't accept it. I called the 346-742-5414 and the recording said the mail box is full. If you don't have a product order number that works there are no internet contact options available. This comment section was the only option I was able to find. Site needs more user friendly contact options. Today is 7/25/26. If I don't receive a reply to my email on record I will return the item to the return addess on the box it came in. Respectfully Bob

Not bad for the $ 6k is pushing the limits they will hold it but I won't stop on top of them .. they will ben and not bend back. They will get the job done if using daily fine if you're driving over them and not witching the vehicle...

These are pure garbage. They look very similar to other ramps with one major difference, the cross strips that bear most of the weight bend after you drive on them. I bought another brand and those straps are thicker and do not bend. Vevor product is garbage. I've attached a video showing the difference between vevor product and identical looking product manufactured by a different company.

Fedex delivered ramps crushed. Not vevors fault

Edit to 1 star after dealing with the resolution team. They only offered me an option of a $55 credit. No option to replace the damaged ramp or return it. They believe a crack in the ramp from the picture I sent them won't affect the performance. I knew they didn't care when they sent me the last response in French.

Absolute Junk!! Ladders bent first car we loaded. And car DID NOT exceed the weight limit. Might have weighed 4500 pounds.

Not what I ordered

Got my ramps two weeks ago. First time I used them i loaded a 4 door car and the weight of the car bent most of the cross bars. The second time I used the was on a 3/4 ton pickup. I started the pickup about three feet up the ramps and bent the frame of the ramps. Good for atv or sxs, not passenger cars or pickup trucks. I wish I would have just bought 2x12's from the lumber yard. Chinese GARBAGE Thank you China!

Light duty Chinese garbage. Good for a light car or sxs. First time I loaded a 4 door car, I bent all the cross bar treads. I attempted to load a 3/4 ton pickup with them, but I got three feet up and bellied the ramps. Chinese garbage! Thank you China

I received my ramps, the workmanship is terrible. One cross brace is welded on crooked and it looks like a small child welded them together. I requested a return or a replacement. They replied that they are fine to use and good luck. Never again, they won't ever compete with H.F.,with service like that. Complete junk, no customer service. Don't believe the hype on F.B.
