I gave this a 5 star rating overall due to the customer care I received. I never got it but there was no hassle in getting a refund. I can't write to the quality, features, or ease of use.

Gave it 4 stars because I just received it. Love the size; easy to pack into an emergency kit. Looking forward to using it Not in an emergency situation, but just a handy camping tool.

Bought it and I absolutely love the functionality of it. However, the dial indicator has already broken so you can’t tell what station you’re on. It still works perfectly other than that. Also, trying to find out how or where to send it to exchange it hasn’t worked for me.
