I received a package. It was half open missing two pieces reached out to VEVOR , they said it was the carriers problem. The reason I was missing two of my pieces which in my opinion if you’re selling a product and the purchaser does not receive all of the product does not matter whose fault it is you should make it right they agreed to refund me 30 or $35 and I have yet to receive that refund on my card. The product itself works well it’s just they leave a bad taste in your mouth when they’ do not fulfill their promise of making sure the customer receives the entire product so therefore I have found a new distributor to buy my products from. I really wish they would’ve done the right thing because I would’ve continued to buy from them very often.

were good other than broke a chain second time i used them just be sure to keep well lubricated

The ratchets are nice but are hard to swap from tightening to loosening. Also the handles vibrated out the first time I hauled my tractor with them. I recommend either putting some thread lock or tack welding them. I reached out to Vevor for a set of replacement handles and they said they aren’t available only full sets (binder and handles)

Ordered this in early November when it was shipped. Its missing parts. One of the handles is still missing. Still waiting on them to send it to me. Other than that, it seems okay.

They are good chains. The rachet not so great keeps binding up. Wish they had a extrat 2 feet on the length

Don’t believe the arrive by date initially shown, especially if you live out west. This was shipped from ON to AB by train and arrived a week later than shown. Delivered by Puralator and they don’t work weekends either. Resulted in having to delay my trip. Chains were as advertised. The chain binders are NOT stamped with WLL so not sure how legal they would be for you professional drivers out there. If I were to do it again and I wasn’t in a hurry I would watch the sales at Princess Auto and shop local.

All graded chains are required to be stamped every 4 links with the grade of the chain. This chain should be stamped gr70 and it's not. If DOT inspects the chain they will Charge you

I ordered 2 sets of 4 load binders only 1 set arrived, on closer inspection the handles don’t fit into the body and I had to chip the paint off also they not threaded into the body so will fall out while using them, this is a a serious design flaw as it whips back on you when it’s under load.

Price is fair, but it never arrived, I must of recevied 10 notices that it would be delivered a certian day, then when it never did, tracking gave another time, Vevor told me to wait a few more days, ,after over two weeks, I gave up, cancelled the order and ordered from another vendor that I recevied in three days. You think I would of got some sort of discount for a future order just to try to keep my business, never recevied anything.

Used the Ratchet Binder twice for chaining down equipment to transport and the handle broke while using only my hand to tighten. I use about twice a year and the item was over a year since I purchased. however this should have lasted a lifetime. Vevor only offered to sell me a replacement for 60% of the cost of the replacement. I will pay more from a reputable company in all my future purchases who offer quality products.
