Won't buy again. There are much better options .

Did not work as advertised. Does not filter and needs new filters within few hours of use.

The Good: It works and is a good value. I purchased the scrubber to help keep sanding dust and VOC’s down on a large painting project I was working on. Having the scrubber on the job site made a noticeable difference in the amount of dust and paint smell. The Bad: The unit is large and heavy. The filters are not easy to change, and spill dust when changing. The latches that hold on the front cover are flimsy and will probably break soon. Poor customer service. Vevor claims to provide hassle free returns, but that is not my experience. Because of the large size of this unit, I reached out to Vevor through their website asking to return it. I filled out all the information they asked for, but Vevor just sent back a message asking for more detailed information. I emailed them back with the additional information and I did not get a response. I sent a follow up email and I still heard nothing. Because I was getting nowhere with Vevor customer service, I decided to keep the scrubber and use it at my job site.

It was really well made, the only thing i was disappointed in is it was not the fix all for dust issues. There is many complication when optimizing air quality. Its in my arsenal, i dont regret it, but i will not buy again unless i have a perfect reason to.

Received the HEPA air filter; however, I never had the chance to receive the actual air purifier 800 CFM! Still waiting for the refund!

The fan keeps surging up and down and is very distracting while running. I've tried using different speed settings but the fan is always racing up and down.... up and down. And im in a shop by myself with the doors closed, so no pressure changes etc to cause this issue. It does do a great job of filtering, love the hour meter, just wish it wasnt so random in its operation.

I recently purchased this item. Upon a first use when you turn on the device, it does not power on sometimes you gotta hit it. Sometimes you gotta play with the controller for it to turn on. It had a high rated CFM of over 800 and there is no way it does that spec. I have wasted too much time dealing with the chat process as there is no phone number to call they hang up on the chat process and detour you by saying email one to two days. I asked to return the product hassle, free and so far it is not even close to hasslefree. I wanted to order a different product that actually works and now I am getting the runaround. They wanted to credit me money to keep the item that is defective. I do not want it because it doesn’t work. The resolve would be to send me a different product that actually works, but it seems your best bet is not to shop through VEVOR. Don’t waste your time. Customer service is sporadic and takes about five minutes or more per message to get an answer. Then they hang up on you in the chat. I’m not even sure if these are humans were talking to.

This is more like an air blowing fan than sucking air scrubber.

This product arrived defective and close to a month late. Also it's the recalled one that vevor is demanded to recall and not sell. I am currently being haggled for my refund and vevor just wants to up and business as usual while packing out the warranty time. I will probably not do business with the vevor again.

Misleading electrical specs and poor support The air scrubber arrived with a commercial 16A plug, which is not compatible with standard Australian 10A outlets. This was not disclosed anywhere in the product listing. A second unit I purchased from Vevor (the higher-capacity CDM-850 model) came with a standard 10A plug, so the inconsistency was surprising. Customer support suggested using a plug adapter instead of offering a proper replacement, which is not an acceptable or safe solution. Overall, unclear product information and disappointing after-sales support. Based on this experience I would not recommend purchasing this product from Vevor.
