Purchased August 10, 2026. Used it to clean a 6" downspout line about 75' long worked great. The next day went to clean a 3" floor drain line and got in about 35' did not feel any binding or any thing and then it snapped inside the drum. Can't get the cable to move. The cable snapped way to easy, didn't feel any resistance on the cable or binding. Big disappointment, not very happy

Never buy anything again from this company . Don’t trust is any free return. Give me hard time when I want to return this item and the company said I have to pay for return the shipping. Or give me partial from now he money and you keep it. It’s pushing me to keep the item. Never order any thing again for this website nam .

The cable kinked on the first use and needs to be replaced because it will not retract into the drum.

How do we get the cable retract? We have tried everything and read the instructions but it still will not retract. It was cheaper to hire a plumber than to get this thing. Want to sell it.

It’s insanely heavy, so if you have stairs you might have to be careful. It wasn’t as easy to use as it said, and the wire speed was slow.

I purchased this machine on 9/18/2026. Order # 26091800942412524546. I also purchased the Protection Plan # 20260918VSP9953089938638. When the package arrived, it did not show any visible signs of damage so after unboxing and setting up I proceeded to plug machine in and follow the procedures to operate. The machine seemed to try to start and then just started to make a humming sound. I repeatably went over the starting procedures but the machine just continued to hum. This was over the weekend. Come Monday I went to the Vevor site and explained the situation to Chat. Customer support instructed me to send them a video of what happened. I did so 3 times. It seems between using the chat feature and e-mailing back and forth I ended up with about four ticket numbers and no resolution. I still have not received a resolution to this problem after I have complied with all requests and have this protection plan that is not worth the paper it is written on. I ordered this machine thinking it would save time but injured my arm when it couldn't even get pass the first trap causing a hugh whiplash. Rented another machine from Hone Depot and got the job done in 20mins. WTf is this garbage. Requesting a refund.

Bought this to replace a Hydrostar Drain Monster. First use it did great, went in very smooth without any issues and within 30 minutes cleared a difficult grease/food clog without much issue that I had spent more than 10 hours trying to clear with the Hydrostar. I was very happy. The problem was when I pulled it out and discovered that the head broke off somewhere in the drain pipe. Now I have a much bigger problem than a clogged drain. I had made sure the screw was attached very tightly and didn’t run into much resistance so I don’t get it. I had used the Hydrostar well over 50 hours over the past 5 years and never had this problem. Very disappointing. Needs a better way to secure the head than a tiny screw that apparently backs out or shears off easily.

It showed up not working. The cable is stuck inside the barrel and only about 7 feet comes out. I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service. I’ve been asking for a refund but it doesn’t look like they will do it. They’ve just sent me a video on how to disassemble the entire unit and unjam the cable myself and put it back together. Do not buy.
