I purchased one of these cleaners a little over a year ago (12/02/24). The first one lasted a whopping 6 months. Only one setting would work on the whole machine. After dealing with a major headache to get it replaced under the year warranty that they come with I finally got a replacement. I had to turn down offers of a $30 refund and keep my broken machine. This was followed up by several other lowball offers when I made it perfectly clear I would like to return/replace. Which shows how they like to deal with the issues in itself. Anyways, I get the replacement in July of 2025 and as I'm writing this (12/15/25) the replacement one has been sitting on a shelf for a month unplugged. Reasons being the cleaning modes do not work and can't trust that it's not going to catch on fire. The reason it is sitting unplugged, I plugged the replacement cleaner in to use it one day, and it lights up but none of the settings work to actual clean. The display lights up but it smells like it is going to catch on fire. Even plugged in for a minute, it starts to reek like something is burning. After the first one made a popping noise and started to smell like it was burning I have unplugged the replacement after every use. I've checked the fuse, the same circuit boards they wanted me to check on the last one, and I am seeing nothing that stands out being wrong with it. Obviously, unplugging it no good either. So, I have went through 2 of these machines in less than a year technically. Mind you I always fill these up to the maximum fill line, and use the basket, both of which are how the instructions say to do it. At this point, because I have my doubts of them actually making this right, I'll be saving up for a much more expensive ultrasonic as these simply do not last. Would not recommend one of these to my worst enemy.

I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH VEVOR. THE UNIT WAS BARELY 2 MONTHS OLD AND STARTED OMITTING A BAD ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AND NOW DOSNT WORK. THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY AND WONT SHIP ME A REPLACMENT UNIT. I AM MOMENTS AWAY FROM DISPUTNG THE CHARGES AS THEY WONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

The ultrasonic unit arrived damaged from shipping with something loose inside the unit. I had requested a replacement, but Vevor only will replace parts. The unit currently is inoperable and Vevor had me open it up to see what was rattling around on the inside. It has been about a month and I have yet to receive a replacement part or tracking number. I have yet to fully test out the features and cleaning abilities. Unfortunately, Vevor has placed a cap on the picture file size, so I am unable to show the damaged bow and broken part.

And then it failed. I have used it eight times. Unit was running (was degaussing and pre-heating before cleaning my Glocks). Then it just stopped. Front panel dead. Illuminated rocker switch was OFF (not red). Confirmed power source (120VAC) was good. I bought the extended service plan (3 years). We'll see how they handle it.

I bought many VEVOR products and this is the first one that broke down. It broke down on the first usage, i would not turn on at all... It happens I was not upset about this BUT when I asked for a refund a replacement or to have it repaired VEVOR said they will reimburse me 10 euros or I can fix it myself and they will send the parts. It is only after threatening them to take legal action that they did the right thing and sent a replacement... VERY DISAPOINTED I will not buy from the website anymore as the warranty support was scarry.
