RICK Did not arrive
Paid for and received notification of my purchase and that was it. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to so I notified Vevor and they investigated and then after 3 weeks they told me that it wasn't coming and refunded my money plus another $10 for my time.

Das Gerät hat direkt bei der ersten benutzung einen Kurzschluss bekommen da es nicht richtig zusammen gebaut wurde und undicht war...
statt mir ein neues Gerät zu senden bekomme ich einzelteile zugeschickt und muss das Gerät jetzt selber reparieren.

De reiniger werkt, en doet wat hij moet doen. Probleem is dat het product, het mandje kapot uit de doos kwam. Direct melding van gemaakt en probeer al een week met de helpdesk overeen te komen om het defect op te lossen. In plaats van het product retour te nemen of een vervangend onderdeel te geven stellen ze voor dat ik het zonder mandje gebruik, het zelf laat maken en 10 euro korting willen geven. In mijn ogen absurt. Dit zou bij elke andere winkel netjes omgeruild worden. Ik zal nooit meer iets bij dit bedrijf bestellen. Kan niet anders zeggen ze zijn wel beleefd maar zorgen niet voor een gepaste oplossing en het duurt erg lang voordat ze reageren. Denk 2 keer na voordat je het besteld. Beter bij amazon hetzelfde product bestellen. Zit je in iedergeval veilig als er wat mis gaat of defect is.
