conforme a la commande bon produit , dommage que dans le transport le colis c'est endommage , et vanne légèrement tordue . mais quand on voit comment il traite les colis !!!

Love this product. It's easy to use and works Great. The only thing I would of liked to see was a way to adjust the ultrasonic waves but overall extremely satisfied.

BRAVO§ je l'aiessayé de suite : pas pb spe cialavec juste un dégraissant bio pro sur un carbu pendant 20 minutes à 50° , tout est ok ; le bac grillagé ne tient que très peu de place un pb cependant la notice est en anglais et plus important aucune instruction de température et durée en fonction des pièces à nettoyer ce qui est très chixxxx .... aussi pouvez vous me fournir un mode d'emploi plus complet? merci

I bought this for my lady for xmas as she must have over 50 rings and other miscellaneous jewelry pieces that she dreads taking to get cleaned, since they usually charge by the piece. Finally encouraged her to give it a try, crank up the temp, few drops of dawn ultra, and in went a dozen rings at once. 10 minutes later she pulled out the basket, immediately noticing the greyish brown water and for the next 15 minutes I had to listen to her talk about how sparkly this one is, oh you can really see the rudinations (whatever those are) on this one now! "Babe thanks!" Ok ok, so, if you want to be pestered by thank yous and jewelry talk... get yerself one of these. Oh and my own research said to stick with the models that have knobs... more reliable in the long run.
