CAH Customer "ABC"
Customer service's inaccurate description of basket dimensions nearly caused me to buy from your competitor. Nearly identical units, quoting different basket dimensions, Vevor's being smaller. Although my suspicions of the two companies measuring the same tapered basket differently was denied by Vevor, I took a chance and bought Vevor. Vevor CUSTOMER SERVICE told me that the basket was not tapered. What I suspected was true. The basket IS tapered, and Vevor's sales literature quoted measurements of the bottom of the basket, while your competition quoted measurements of the top, or the opening of the basket, which would lead a prospective customer to believe the competition's basket had a larger volume. Tisk, tisk.

Works great, easy to use. Some say it is loud...it's not that bad. Cleans 5 records at a time and comes with a record drying stand. Best money I've spent on a great way to clean records.
