Si l'appareil fonctionne comme attendu, on constate une fuite au niveau du raccord du tuyau de vidange (colmatage facile avec du ruban antifuite), et il est dommage que le moteur de rotation n'ait pas de commutateur. Pour le nettoyage des disques, je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir le résultat espéré, il y a un nettoyage en surface, mais les craquements et les grésillements persistent, même après 2 passages (eau distillée, produits spéciaux compris). Pour le nettoyage d'autres pièces, attention rester trop longtemps peut abîmer les revêtements, à utiliser avec précaution. Conclusion: c'est bien mais ne pas en attendre des miracles, ce n'est pas une machine de niveau "pro" pour le nettoyage des vinyles.

I am unfortunately very disappointed with this product. It is sold as an ultrasonic cleaning machine for vinyl records at an attractive price. When cleaning vinyl records, temperature control is absolutely critical, as vinyl begins to deform at temperatures above 40 °C and can be permanently damaged. Nevertheless, the thermostat control on this machine works very poorly. A manual thermometer shows discrepancies of up to 15 °C between the temperature set on the thermostat and the actual temperature of the liquid in the cleaning tank. When I contacted Vevor about this, I received a long explanation claiming that this was completely normal and could, for example, be caused by residual heat from the heating element, and that this was to be expected from mechanical temperature control. Nonsense. I was also asked to carry out up to five additional tests, despite the fact that I had already provided video documentation of the issue. I clearly got the impression that the responses were generated by AI, and as we all know, this can easily wear customers down by continuously generating new questions. I asked for a refund, as the product is clearly not suitable for the purpose for which it is being sold. I was offered €37 in compensation. Absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly advise against buying this product if you care about your record collection. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that it can also be used to clean items other than records that are not temperature-sensitive.

Je suis déçue de mon achat puisqu'il est déjà en panne! le transformateur ne fait plus son boulot et le thermostat de température est H.S. J'ai dû nettoyer seulement trois cent disques et je l'ai acheté il y a 3 mois. La livraison s'est fait en temps et en heure. Je suis tombé peut-être sur une mauvaise série.

L'appareil ne fonctionne pas et ne s'allume pas. Le service après-vente me propose 30€ de remboursement pour cette appareil qui vaut 106€ . Je leur ai juste demander un renvoi et un remboursement. C'est inadmissible!!

The ultrasonic cleaner I bought brand new was dead on arrival. I've notified both the courier en Vevor and both haven't answered me whatsoever. So fuck these guys, don't buy their literal crap, if it breaks during shipment they won't even answer you. It was probably broken from the get go though, I at the very least won't be a customer of yours.

Compré este limpiador ultrasónico tras ver que tenía buenas reseñas directamente en Vevor, me llegó dia 9. Dia 19 decidí probarlo, al enchufarlo enseguida noté un olor a cable o componente eléctrico quemado, supuse que era un olor normal para el primer uso. Tras montar los discos ajusté la temperatura a 20min 40º al llegar a la temperatura volvió el olor a cable quemado y de repente de apagó. Ya no se enciende y huele a componente quemado. Al momento contacté con atención al cliente de Vevor me contestaron dia 21 preguntando que desmontara la placa inferior y hiciera fotos. En un caso de producto defectuoso (dentro del plazo de 14 dias) no considero razonable que me pidan desmontar la maquina. Que sentido tiene que Vevor acepte la devolución del producto por "no cumplir con las expectativas" pero no realize una devolución ipso facto en caso de producto defectuoso? mientras tanto sigue una muy lenta conversación con Vevor atención al cliente(respuesta cada 48h). Recomendaria comprar este producto pero nunca con Vevor, mejor comprar el mismo producto pero en Amazon que por lo menos aceptan devoluciones de maquinas que no funcionan.

Wenn Sie über keinen Keller oder keine Garage verfügen in der Sie das Gerät aufstellen können sollten Sie vom Kauf Abstand nehmen. Das Gerät ist derart laut und unangenehm von der Tonart her, normalen Wohnbereich nicht Einsetzbar. Der "Kundenservice" der Firma Vevor ist gelinde gesagt ein Witz. Ich wollte das Gerät aufgrund der Lautstärke zurück schicken da es für mich so nicht nutzbar ist, unter anderem wurde mir davon abgeraten es zurück zu schicken weil die Retouren Abteilung sehr weit weg sei und es verloren gehen oder beschädigt werden könnte (China?). Schlussendlich wurde mir eine Teilerstattung von 25% angeboten die ich dann entnervt angenommen habe, das Gerät werde ich nun halt verkaufen. Das war das erste und letzte Mal das ich etwas von dieser Firma gekauft habe.

Bonjour Vous me demander mon avis sur le Nettoyeur à Ultrason,L'appareil est arrivé chez moi tout défoncé,j'ai été remboursé mais je n'ai pas pris le risque l'essayer. Donc je me trouve sans appareil. Cordialement
