This ultrasonic cleaner arrived and worked as advertised - once. Since then it has been an endless barrage of emails writing to a BOT. There is no phone number for technical support nor is there a referral to a local repair depot. I have come to the conclusion I have just lost around $350 to an inferior product, and a non-existent customer support. Recommend you save your money

This Product has not worked Since I bought it, have tried repeat times to get it replaced, still sits Broken on the floor !

Bought two weeks ago already not working

Je suis à la fois déçu et en même temps, je comprends. J'utilise ce nettoyeur avec un produit dédié spécial acheté en plus. Et si la notice du produit demande une dilution à 1/100, il faut au moins 1/5 pour obtenir une vraie efficacité. Et encore : En gros pour avoir une chaine de vélo nickel, il faut qu'elle soit déjà propre en entrée. Je m'explique, il ne faut utiliser cet appareil que pour les finitions. Si vous revenez de sortie Vélo et que vous mettez la chaine telle qu'elle dans le nettoyeur, elle sera a peine décrassée. si en revanche vous la décrassez bien avant de la mettre dans le bain, alors en sortie, les détails seront nettoyés et elle sera vraiment vraiment nickel. Alors là c'est bon pour un petit séchage et un peu de lubrifiant et ça repart. donc en finition c'est top à savoir j'ai pris le bac 6L et la cassette de 12v rentre à moitié. Ok pour cassettes route jusqu'à 10 vitesses a l'aise. mais la 12v VTT (10-52) rentre à moitié. C'est un outil de finition, ce que vous lavez doit déjà être propre. mais en sortie avec le bon produit, là ça marche. Donc à la fois ça fonctionne, et en même temps, je m'attendais à mieux.

Tax was included in the price, but i got taxed again the same amount from the post company, so i had to pay dubble tax, finally they paid me back my tax money. The item allso came dented and craked on one side, contacted the customer service, got no help what so ever, they just pretended to not understand what i was saying. Very bad first experience with this company.

After adding warm water to the unit and setting the temp to max, as i saw in Youtube, even after four times (30 minx4), it did not even get close to the set temp.

Packaging was pretty poor. It arrived dented as the box was also damaged. I needed it urgently, and didn't want to deal with returns. I suggest better stronger boxes with a bit of padding around it.

No se, nunca lo pude tener porque correos ni me lo trajo me tuvieron que reeintegrar el dinero y no sé si comprarlo de nuevo porque no puede elegir qué correo me lo puede traer y si sale de nuevo correos no lo quiero

Me ha llegado roto, con golpes y faltan piezas. Parece una devolución de otra persona la cual no han ni revisado a ver si falta algo. Estoy pendiente de la devolución y entrega de otro nuevo.
