Item arrived damaged and Vevor refuses to honor their policy and fix the issue. Package arrived damaged and the drain valve is loose, presumably from shipping damage. Submitted photos and videos of both and the company will not help.

Buona la composizione ma non tiene 10 litri, ne tiene poco più di 7 litri. Per il resto funziona discretamente bene

Real tank capacity is about 1.3 litres, far below advertised 2l. Otherwise it works fine, but need a larger size

Although to be claimed for 10 L it can only contain 5L of cleaning fluid (I used a 5L jerrycan of demineralized water) !! I've been disappointed about the ultrasonic cleaning results.

The cleaning power is not strong and it is very loud!!! The temperature control is not accurate! I set it to 50 degrees and it goes up to 65! Easy to use!

When I cleaned my first batch of parts, the cleaner seemed to be working fine and then I realized that the temperature was higher than what I set it at. I turned the heater off and the temperature kept rising. So I realized that the heater is always on even when it shows that it’s off. I’m disappointed that it’s not working properly.

Not oo dependanle.... only used 6-8 times during the current warranty 12 month period... had owned the unit for 10 months ... when the unit stopped working in the middle of a 30 minute cycle @ 60 degrees Celsius... Contacted manufacturer about warranty coverage and repairing.... was possible corrective actions ..was advised that they would have to consult their technical department for potential repairs and or replacing... Currently trying and attempting to deal with manufacturer technical requesting pictures of potential damage or electronics abd electrical issues ... dealing with them in replacing questionable parts by myself instead of them accepting warranty responsibilities abd replacing the entire unit ... and a hesitation to accept returning unit on their part at the moment ... abd no willingness to provide the necessary steps and actions to pay for returning cost od shipping back to one of yheir authorized service and repair centers ... Have requested a refund and or credit towards another purchase of a desired larger capacity unit ... but have yet to get any response... Stoll waiting on their warranty repair or replacement before the warranty expires in less than two months ... Was very satisfied with the manufacturer and units performance until it stopped working... very hesitant to purchase another vevor product if this is the quality and service that I would be faced agsin rith with another unit of like model and size...

Heat function does not appear to work properly, only displays current heat value up to the set heat value - after that it can be boiling out as steam and the temp display still will only display the maximum set value. Observed this immediately after purchasing and contacted them, they dismissed it and said I must be mistaken. Was not very happy about this, but admittedly knowing the fault I have used it a lot working around the problem with no other faults to speak of. Once recently I tried using a small container inside the machine but did not put water in the machine to keep it cool not realizing this was a problem. During normal operation it heats up and the inside was severely hot, the machine took the abuse no problem thankfully - I was lucky. I removed the bottom plate to inspect the glue holding the ultrasonic units, they did not detach from the machine. Pretty tough. I just bought another product from them, I hope I am not disappointed by their questionable quality and worse customer service. Seems if you have to return something they will resist, which scares me.

First use. Junk. Blew the fuse in the back and only heats now. It's not rocket science to operate and Directions are zero help to see if might be doing something wrong
