One disappointment, the small parts basket included with my 15 Litre machine is so tiny it would be right for a one Litre cleaner.

cr*** Doesn’t clean as well as expected
I had higher expectations but maybe I expected too much . Doesn’t seem to clean as well as I thought it would. Seems decent quality etc but didn’t clean my carny parts very well after doing it 3 times still wasn’t that clean

Absolutely crap, wouldn’t work out of the box, sent me a new circuit board that didn’t fix the problem then just kept telling me to check the connections inside, I’ve plugged and unplugged all the connectors multiple times and now I’m stuck with a paperweight. Would give 0 stars if I could

dw*** Save your money and run
This ultrasonic cleaner arrived and worked as advertised - once.
Since then it has been an endless barrage of emails writing to a BOT. There is no phone number for technical support nor is there a referral to a local repair depot.
I have come to the conclusion I have just lost around $350 to an inferior product, and a non-existent customer support.
Recommend you save your money
