Déçu! déçu de n'avoir pas pû obtenir une commande (c'était la 3ème) de seulement 13 pièces alors que cette possiblité existe en 5 inch. Résultat: 18m de grilles vont me rester sur les bras.

Product appears to be OK but I ended up buying other gutter guards from another vendor since I needed them and delivery on this product was terrible. Took over 10 days to get them. I used to get Vevor purchases out of their warehouse in NJ very quickly but since my last few purchases have come out of California the shipping times are much longer. These guards are pretty basic, flat in design. They are offered at a good price. I paid more for the ones I ended up buying but the guard is contoured to be used over the hidden gutter hangers that so many contractors are using these days. Because of that the ones I used fit like a glove. Also the screws they Vevor sends you in my opinion are too large. Its not necessary to use such a big screw to hold these in place. Glad I went with the other vendor.

I ordered the wrong size. I needed 6" guards, not 5". Customer Service in live chat said that exchange was not possible, but they would arrange a $20 credit. When I receive the $20 credit, I will purchase the correct 6" guards and discard the 5" guards which is a real waste. Current status: Waiting for$20 credit.

These do not fit 5" k style gutters, they interfere with the drip edges.

I needed 5 individual pieces to finish my job. I couldn't talk to a person in customer service. I had to text with a bot. Then when I could talk to customer service they wanted 5 dollars before I could talk. I'll never use this company again nor will I recommend it. As a matter of fact I will discourage anyone who asks about it.

they deliver damaged gurd ,its all bend and damaged not good at all

Ordered and paid for on November 14. Never shipped or received 30 days later. Filed a dispute with PayPal seeking a refund. No satisfaction seeking refund from vendor's customer service department.
