L'écran est arrivé assez vite, malheureusement des lignes horizontales sont apparues au bout de la troisième utilisation... ce qui rend l'écran inutilisable. Le service client était nickel et le remboursement a été fait au bout de quelques semaines. Par contre on m'a demandé de garder l'écran, j'aurais préféré le renvoyer.

Wat een enorm slecht bedrijf is dit! Ik heb dit scherm gekocht en een maand geleden geleverd gekregen, helaas in een kapotte verpakking en één scherm stuk. Ik heb hiervan melding gemaakt en geprobeerd om contact te krijgen over het retourneren, een nieuw scherm opgestuurd te krijgen of mijn geld terug. Je hoort helemaal niets! Je kan alleen contact krijgen via de chatbot maar verder ontvang ik geen e-mails. Telefonisch contact kan ook niet dus ik ben bang dat ik veel geld kwijt ben geweest voor een kapot scherm. Nogmaals, waardeloos bedrijf. Koop hier niet!!

Broke the very first time I tried to take it somewhere. Cheap junk that can't be transported well even though it's meant to be used with a portable device (laptop).

The description is misleading and the monitor does not fit my 13" macbook air as announced. Now I am surprised that Vevor is making it hard for me to return the product and offering money (less than I paid for it) to keep something that is wronlgy announced and will be useless for me.
