12awg AC Power Real. Very solid construction I have it mounted on ceiling in Garage. 45ft can reach any where in garage. Reaches to my sidewalk. It retracts well with assisting the weight of cable but does fully retract. The price is eye opening. Great product!

This is for light duty. It has only a 10 amp circuit breaker. I tried it on a small grill, but it kept tripping. The description states heavy duty, but it’s only rated for 10 amps.

The cord will reel in and bind up on itself because there is no adjuster to make it evenly distribute in the real! So it makes it a pain to use.

This seems to be a really good product,heavy gauge wire is nice length of cable is accurate it works good my only problem with it is the fact that is doesn't have any type of level wind. This creates a stand there and slowly wind it back into the Vevor holder .just the fact I assumed it had level wind like their hose reels..So be aware it does not have a level wind .Other than that it's a really nice product.

I got it in the mail, bracket bent, didn’t want return hassle, fixed myself. Retraction is weak. Wouldn’t have purchased had I known this

The extension cord is fantastic! The fuse is the only reason this doesn't get a higher rating; it pops too easy. It's a great purchase - except for the fuse

Arrived missing all accessories and housing was cracked. I contacted support about a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. So, I started a live chat about it and the agent just said they would get back to me by email and then completly stopped responding when I asked about the timeframe to respond because website said 48 hour response time but it's been a week. In the same order, I had another item (air hose) that arrived missing parts and was clearly used. Another item in the shipment (stainless rolling table) arrive with a legs dented and would not fit in leg holes until I worked on it and fixed it. Seems like they are shipping returned items without checking their condition or accessories.

I use it in my garage. I have it hanging from the ceiling but it never fully retracts back in. There's always about 10 ft left out

Doesn’t retract as good as they say it does other than that it works

After about 2 weeks cord will not fully rewind leaves about 5 ft that want wind back in reel.
