This 12GA extension reel is just what I needed after years of using a 16GA unit that did not support the loads I was plugging into it. Other than the price, my only complaint is that the hanger is not designed to mount to a wall stud or a ceiling joist . The hanger has four holes that are too far apart to secure all of the screws to a 1.5" wide piece of wood. I had to make an adapter to use the four holes from the hanger, and then secure the adapter to the joist.

Great product. It replaces a commercial unit that is 25 years old and it is better quality. Very smooth operation. Easy to install. I would recommend this product.

Bought two of these and placed them in my shop on the ceiling.. no more cords on the floor. Sturdy, durable heavy gauge cord! Very happy with this product

High quality product and fast shipping

Grat price good quality

This is a very good buy! Unspools smoothly with audible clicks to help know when to stop pulling so it catches. Strong recoil spring. Really bright power indicator light in the plug end as well! Very happy with this one for sure!

I needed this for use in my garage, very happy with it so far as I use it almost on a daily basis. The hardware and mounting bracket are nice to make mounting almost anywhere very simple. I was able to mount mine on a shelf along the wall next to an air line hose reel, so having them side by side is nice and works well for me. This is a real sturdy made unit. The rewind spring is strong and there is plenty of room for the cord. I don't have to be real careful how the cord spools back on. The three way tap is nice if I have to have two tools powered up at the same time. The 65 foot length reaches every corner of my three-car garage with cord to spare. Now my other extension cords are relegated to a storage shed in my back yard. I highly recommend this cord reel. Get One!

Good quality product

I purchased this to replace a Snap-On real that was sold at Costco. This real is heavy duty and quality construction. The cord pulls out and locks to wherever I'd like it too. The end of the court has a lighted triple . This seems like it's going to last a while hopefully it's my last one.

Great product Sturdy and well built
