The price is pretty good for what it is; however the machine has a hard time keeping the temp. It’s constantly beeping at me with an error on the screen and the temp seems to raise and lower with the error. Sometimes it gets fixed by turning it off and back on. Sometimes it comes on within the first 5 mins of the machine being in, and sometimes it doesn’t come on until I’ve been using it for 30 or 45 mins. The tray that slides out gets greased up and gets on the shirts I’m pressing. The pressure is almost non existent around the edges. But it essentially gets the job done still, unless I have a larger print to press and then it’s a pain.

Due to the delayed delivery by Purolator, I received the unit much later than expected. I have not found time to test it.

To start with, this heat press worked great, held temperature and my projects were turning out pretty good. After a couple of months though, temperature would drop allot after closing it and wouldn’t reach target temp before timer was up. Adjustments to time and temperature to try to compensate for the temp drop but that didn’t help. I submitted the video that was required to ask for help and explained the problems I was having. After going back and forth messaging, they told me they would be sending a new thermocouple. Needless to say the wire they sent came with no instructions on how to change it out. I did manage to get it done but things didn’t improve any. I guess I should have bought something more expensive but I liked the design of this one. I’ll write this off as a huge mistake and probably won’t be buying from Vevor again. Customer service makes it difficult to even file a complaint by asking for a video and then limiting file size and format and only one can be added.

It stopped working after a few months. It’s hard to speak to a representative. So far only able to chat and it’s a never ending chat with no solution

Bon le produit n'est pas bon, les fixations ce sont cassé après quelques mois d'utilisations rendant la machine inutilisable car on ne peux plus mettre de pression, le haut de la presse remonte ( voir photo ). Avant que ça ne casse , utilisation difficile car l'angle ne laisse pas la place de mettre bien ces t-shirts, pulls etc... et les mousses du dessous seront vos pires ennemies à ne jamais être en place. Le téflon intégré s'arrache pouvant laisser des traces due à des plis pendant le pressage ( j'ai du rajouter des aimants voir photo ). Je déconseille même si le prix est très attractif.

Máquina incapaz de fijar correctamente los DTF. Abrimos una reclamación desde el primer día y, casi dos meses después, seguimos sin solución. La atención al cliente se limita a correos con respuestas cada 24-48 horas, alargando el proceso indefinidamente. He perdido completamente la confianza en la marca y ya no quiero ni reparación ni sustitución, solo la devolución del importe. Muy decepcionada con el producto y con el servicio postventa.

Spedizione veloce e prezzo concorrenziale, è arrivata con un difetto sulla mascherina del display che ho corretto in modo autonomo ma di per se non è stato un gran biglietto da visita. Montaggio abbastanza semplice. Utilizzo non soddisfacente ma considerato il prezzo ho deciso di tenerla. Chiusura molto scomoda rispetta a quella con il piatto girevole se chiudi troppo per avere più pressione si fa troppo difficoltà nel riaprire sotto il punto di vista della sistemazione della maglietta sei molto limitato nei movimenti e si perde molto tempo. In conclusione consiglio il modello con la testa girevole anche se occupa molto più spazio nella fase di lavorazione, mentre consiglio questo modello se siamo nello stretto e dobbiamo necessariamente ottimizzare gli spazi. Sottolineo che fa il suo lavoro quindisotto il punto di vista pratico è assolutamente utilizzabile ma valutare bene prima di acquistare

I am filing a claim regarding my Vevor Heat Press due to ongoing mechanical and heating issues that have made the machine difficult and unsafe to operate. The heat press is no longer reaching the desired temperature consistently. During operation, the machine begins beeping and fails to maintain or achieve the selected heat setting. This issue has continued despite multiple attempts to operate the equipment properly. Additionally, the handle has become excessively difficult to open, requiring an abnormal amount of force. The pressure adjustment knob is also stuck and cannot be turned to adjust or release pressure as intended. These problems have significantly affected the usability and functionality of the machine and may indicate internal mechanical or electrical failure. I am requesting inspection, repair, or replacement coverage under my insurance policy.

I’ve had this machine since Sept of 2025. It has been broken for over a month and I’ve tried SEVERAL times to get this resolved. I’ve sent in videos and pictures to prove my issue. There has been ZERO resolution. The connection wires to the off/on switch burnt up. This could have cause a fire in my home. If I could give this machine and this company zero stars I would!

Looks OK, but quality is not good. Cheap China product. Not possible to alter pressure, turning pin stuck due to use of cheap materials. No good workspace. Narrow opening makes it har to press anything else than small t-shirts. I have been in having a small print business for 15 years, I have worn out several heat press machines but they have lasted years. This lastet less than a day.
